Hi all,

Last night was a terrible hell of a party, I was wasted and stuff.

As the title says, I need your help to fight my hangover, I googled it but I only get advises from random doctors that write their stuff and the mainstream helpings.

I want to ask you if you have a special remedy for a hangover that works because I need to be fit soon.

Thanks in advance !

Energy drink, noodles or some tough black coffee usually helps me save the day in such situations :) Good luck mate!

Hair of the dog. Guaranteed to kill or cure.

Good Luck.   :glasses:

Before getting wasted , get a pill of Metamizole . You won't get your hangover , but it's a pretty bad idea to use it every time before a party/clubbing . More like in special occasions , when you want to drink a lot.

Drink a lot of water. And I mean A LOT. Water, not juices - those will just make you more thirsty.
Also, eat something. Eggs with bacon and a lot of bread will do the trick. Don't take any pills for the headache, you'll need your liver.

Another beer. Thank fully I don't get rough these days. That stopped when I was about 26. However I did used to feel like death. Straight back to the pub. Get a pint. First mouthful in, run to the toilet and spew up. After that I was right as rain.

I do genuinely feel a lot of it is in your head. Lead down, curtains closed and just letting it win. Get up and get some grub in you. I drink with the mentality that I won't and don't get rough and wake up just tired. 16+ pints on a Sunday and get up for work at 06:00 knackered but fine. I must stress though I DON'T drive.

Good luck (grab a beer).

Because drinking beer and other alcoholic beverages doesn't destroy your liver.

Hey thanks for the answers!
I drank some O-juice but I didn't like it.
Hair of the dog, meh, I don't want to take that risk now.
I had enough energy drinks yesterday.
Thank god I don't have a headache (wich is caused by vine and malt alcohols like Whiskey afaik) so I don't need them pils.
But the water helps a lot! Drank about 2l since I barely woke up and I feel better now.  :harp:
EDIT: Thanks a lot for the answers, I'll +1 the others when I get more "+" to give away.
