Every now here and then people (including me I admit) complain that "map x favors the north spawn", "in map y team from west has a disadvantage", "in map z assault mode it is almost impossible to conquer point x", "crappy mm made me face Foch, t57 heavy, etc", and so on.
But did u ever wonder that this is a part of the game's charm and show? I mean, nobody said that teams should be balanced. There were plenty of situations in history when inferior side managed to win/hold superior side (KV2 in the battle of Raseiniai for example).
You have an even greater satisfaction when you manage to win from in an unfavourable situation. Sometimes it just must not be easy for a team and that's actually good in my opinion.
Difficulties and finding solutions is what forced monkeys to evolve into humans

I complain more about to much RNG

like Saturday I see in my Pz III/IV a KV-1 parked with side to me.

Shoot him 4 times but with some RNG on his side I do only 2 times dmg to him.
After 4 Shots he turns clumsy his turret, still exposing his side.
Shots me, sets me on fire, my ammorack explodes burning. One shot kill.

Random Number Generator - this thingy which makes that shots have 25% more or less penetration & dmg and lets bullets fly "somewhere" within reticle.
When you play soviet arty with B4 gun this thing makes your shels explodes 20m behind target although reticle was fully closed and the target was not moving, and on the other day it makes you do oneshotkills 3 moving tanks in a row.

the most difficult point on any map that I encountered is to conquer G1 in sand river assault mode (in the west where the sand dune is).
with proper support from H4(town border) by the defense team, that point is almost impossible to conquer if there's no efficient teamwork.
But once you do, that feels great

I think i've not seen balanced teams for a while and even when the teams are close to balanced one bad idea by a good player will ruin it.
With that as base i think it is really hard for us players to judge if a map is balanced or not.
Only WG has the data to do this.
But even if a map has some disbalance it's about the players to "avoid" it to being used. There are always ways.
But hey, we are speaking about random's aren't we?
