Just thought i'd share this little incident today which I found quite amusing.
Doing more than my fair share of seal clubbing to get the 15 mission win bonus, plus my cruiser 3 crew got their 3rd skill today (normally I only play once a day in cruiser 3 if that).

So part of my team on Karelia is a unicum, 20k game player, 2,100 WN7 in a T2 tank.
Before the countdown has finished he's raging about how unfair it is that this is his 5th T3 game in a row and that the MM is fecked.

I'm just doing a bit of passive scouting, get 1 kill and then die maybe 4 minutes into the game.
The unicum player is already dead and starts raging about how rubbish the team are. He's picking on various people raving about their damage done. I get called a 0 dmg noob (with 1 kill to my name).
Anybody responds, he rages, proper bad mood.

I go get a coffee, come back 5 minutes later, game still going 2 tanks a side..... and this guy is still raging, he is incandescent with rage which  I find hilarious so he starts using every name he can think of to insult me.
The battle goes on until there's just 90 seconds left and the guy sits there and rages until the very end. He doesn't offer any constructive criticism to surviving players, although he stops insulting the Marder player once he gets 6 kills.
Now this guy is obviously a great player, but WHAT was he expecting in a low tier game?

A unicum that rages in a t3 battle is simply a moron that should be shot from point-blank range.

When I play my t3 FCM PAK40 or my t2 T1E2 in t2-3 battles, I know I am going to deal with newbies that have just started learning the basics, thus raging is pointless; giving advice is much better

Sealclubbers aren't unicums... They are just wannabe sissies, who are too afraid to pedobear tier X games.

People seem to keep forgetting a basic principle.

A unicum isn't necessarily a sealclubber

I think he had a bad day xD too many lose record xD?
That's maybe the problem on Unicum players...

They take the game to serious.

I saw one driving a Loltraktor, again around 20k games (may have been the same one) he did a pathetic amount of damage (even a noob like me did more) accused everyone in sight of kill stealing, blocking, etc - then after he died he ranted about how useless the team was, while we won. What the heck did he expect at tier 1 for pity's sake?

People also forget tier x is no different to any other tier. Balance is relative. You get just as many bad players at high tiers. Besides, many if you avoid the mid and low tiers you miss out on the fun of those tanks. When historic battles comes out, it's going to be pretty much tier 1 through 7. You guys who look down on low tiers better get used to stugs and the T34/76, M4 and the Matilda.

The difference between t1 and tX is a loss doesn't kill your credits. The fun is how far you can raise the bar and carry playing solo. I must admit I had no fun on Sunday. :o

I've seen a lot of 20K battle players in T1-3 games raging about newbs/noobs. Normally driving a T-18 and bursting into flames within a few minutes. Used to be fairly rare but seems to be the norm due to the 15 win special.

Very rarely have I seen such a player give helpful suggestions to the team beyond "L2P, Noob" which at such low tiers we are trying to do.

I love these people, they make the low tiers more fun than new players.  If I can get them to kick off I will, and my T18 always has one eye open for them!

Also send me the replay, I'll post a video of it to my blog.

I look for the PLAYER[XYZ] in the T-18 at the beginning. They normally rage the hardest.

Regardless, why isn't the word "unicum" banned ? It's super offensive just like Strawberry Short Cake http://www.urbandict...berry shortcake
