So finally I bought my first t9 tank and I noticed that many t9,10 players play like new players (I mean t1 players) and I offten get killed  on one side all alone .
I have played most with t6 and t7 tanks and have seen much better players at that tier. So can anyone explain me that becuse I dont understand it even a bit.

It's quite simple really.  Many people think that tier 10 is the "end game" for WoT, or that they must participate in Clan Wars which needs a tier 10.  Or, and I think this is a big reason, maybe they just think that the game will be easier when they are the top tier, since at least that way they don't have to face higher tier tanks anymore.

Whatever the reason, they rush to tier 10...and fail.  Because the game is about way more than *just* being in the top tier tank.

I've got 15k battles now and still don't think I am good enough for tier 10...

It's really simple and Jingles summed it up well. Play enough bad games and you can get whatever tank you want. Now I'm not a good player. Far from it. I'm average at best. But even I know how to read a mini map. There are a lot of players that don't.
