Older git here, born 1961. Black and White TV, valve radio's, few cars on the roads, everyone had a job. Not everyone could afford a phone. Very few people divorced. Girls were girls and we were glad of it. No health and safety rubbish. Civil defence force, bomb shelters (A-bombs that is).. Fireball XL5, Stingray, Thunderbirds, Secret Squirrel, Deputy Dawg. The Tomorrow People. All gone! Colour TV arrived in 1969, just in time for the Moon landings.

Born in 1971 myself and remember ALL the things mentioned in the vid, the good old days when there were things worth watching on TV and no bloody reality shows (or maybe very few but I don't recall any).

1975! A very good year indeed! Same here.... therefore a +1

For me it was a c64, and ordering games from the UK by postal order (apart from the millions of cracked games).
Waiting ages for a game to load, as the games were on cassettes

I was born in 69 so i remember all of this stuff. Couldn't stand the 80's. All about strikes, greed and blow you Jack I'm alright mind set. That and expecting to get blown to bits by the bomb befour I made twenty. Yea the 80's, cr*p from start to finish. With a few good songs and some funny TV thrown in to stop us all going nuts.
