From time to time when I'm playing a game my HDD red light flashes from like 10 up to 30 secs and everything just freezez. For example I am playing WoT and there are a lot of tanks in a city area. When going for a pee-a-boo just hitting the W to move forward everything froze my red light flashed and my tank starts driving itself but I can't really see what's going on since it freezez at the moment I start moving. After that ends I usually find myself dead or already drowning in a lake. Never had such problems till like a month ago. So I just wanted to ask if anyone had this problem as well and is there a way to fix it

Defrag your hard drive (unless it's an SSD, which I doubt).
Invest in some more RAM.

Your virtual memory settings might need some tweaking too. If the problem persists, I'd look there.

I defragged both of my disks still said there was no problem. My internet connection is 100Mbps my disk D has 116 free GBs where WoT is installed however my disk C has over 70% of it's space taken I lately installed a game there so roughly 7GBs left in disk C. Anyway when running the game like 80/85% of my ram is taken. And yeah I was thinking to add +2 more GBs of ram.
