Spent 19.99 on the charity version of the Offer of the Month (2.5k gold, 30 days premium) and conservatively made around 7mill credits and lord knows how much experience. Kind of makes the 'treasure purse' with the same gold bundle with 1.5 mill a bit of a lemon if you actually intend to play the game......

And whilst we are on the subject, does anyone know of any feedback from the charity event last month? It would be nice to know how much was made for such a worthwhile cause.

There is certain restriction we have in place when creating these packages and only certain things we can offer. In the future we may have additional things that we can offer or ways to change the packages.

I actually like the credit bundles , some are better than just exchanging gold for silver its just most of them just arent very good value. I actually bought one of them recently as some tanks like 36.01 pretty much r equire prem ammo as standard after nerf.
My main criticism is if your selling us silver not gold that has less value at least make the offers more attractive please exchange rate wise.
And when you do make that obvious in the text of each individual offer not the wall of text before it that the exchange is better , this will make it more attractive at a glance.

Thank you for your feedback much appreciated. I will pass it on to the guy in charge of the gift shop section.  
I must say though I often see some of the things he does and it isn't easy hitting right button with the community so to speak, but he does try as hard as he can within his powers.
He is a very humble and under appreciated individual but he keeps batting on bless him

Stop this crap! give us fair offers and gift shop like RU and NA get! How can you not notice or do anything about this!? i see people complaining everywhere, this is not just going to blow over, and you just banning/locking threads when people gets to agitated isn't going to help. sure this is the internet but we have a right to free speech and equality!

anyone who looks in to it will see how crappy you treat us, soon someone ''important'' will notice, then say goodbye to the golden joystick or any other reward for that matter.

Yet again, everything overpriced because of credits, in which anyone actually buying stuff from the gift shop will have tones of from moneymakers. I won't be buying anything.

I'm honestly still waiting for some great offers that are really, really worth it. Something that is difficult NOT to buy. These kind of deals aren't that attractive to be honest but i get the idea of being able to gift something to a friend.

Also, if you could give us a a reasonable conversion rate (USD - EURO) that would probably give you the edge compared to a lot of other MMO's (Warthunder comes to mind...).

Thanks a lot nice to see feedback taken on board. I think a lot of people just look at the page at a glance and they see the usual pictures and amounts and it looks same as last time  , they probably havent read the text prior to that about more favourable conversion rate. So being able to see the conversion rate for each offer that has silver at a glance would go a long way i think. And well sprucing up the offers a bit would be nice like the bigger the pack you get the better the conversion like small sized 444 bigger 555 and largest 666.
