I was wondering for what reasons you neg-rep a post. I'm asking this, because sometimes I do get neg repped by someone for what I think is a reasonably safe post.

Don't get me wrong, it doesn't bother me. It's more that I am amused by it.

My personal reasons for giving someone a negative reputation is one of the following:
1) someone is clearly rude towards someone else
2) someone is whining too much about a topic that has been whined about too much already

What are your reasons?

In general you should show some compassion to stat deniers. As they're often average players who think they're good, but whom do not have the stats to back them up. Hence, only thing they can do... deny the stats
Because if you do not deny it, then....

People bitching about how balancing ("nerfing") tanks is bad and WG should never do that. The whole "if it's op, just use it" mentality is just so extremely stupid.

I tend to give a -1 to people that start threads in English speaking forum in a language that has it's own.
Reposts.
