Surely, most people who are used to FTP's, they will have most likely heard of War Thunder.
Well, War Tunder recently showed of their introduction of Tanks and watching some of the video's, it looks much better than WOT.

So, i'm not sure if it's just me or are WarGaming not trying hard enough. To me it seems like they are adding tanks and that's it. They aren't improving MM or server-Side problems like Lag and rubber banding.
On the other hand, War Thunder hosts a game with planes which is much faster paced and obvious more resource hungry, and it performs much better both in game balance and in playability and this is the main reason I am going to switch games if I don't see an improvement. Most of the time i join a game on WOT I get matched with players who have no clue what is going on and I'm talking about tier 8-10 specifically.

I don't see this game improving at all. The MM is broken, tanks are OP and players have no clue how to play. Here are some suggestion WarGaming to put in the game:

*Provide sufficient matchmaking for good players so that good players are matched with good players and vice versa. I think it should be based on your highest streak and your accuracy.
*Improve the game mechanics/Physics with the tank itself. For example, the cogs are fixed and the tracks are partly fixed. This is not suitable for the game. Niether should be fixed when it comes to a game of this type.

Here is a game engine which is more suitable than the current:http://www.havok.com/

Thanks for reading.

Whilst I did WT when it was in Alpha I have not of late as I had trouble getting it to download the install files just last week for a clean install..but even in the Alpha, it felt smooth and polished, which is a far cry from what we have had of WoT for the past few years...

It's a plane simulator, it's surely better optimised, but have a good look at the environement and you'll see how little overall detail there is. Go flying at tree top level above houses or look at the behaviour of AI ground units. Most of the time i join a game on WOT I get matched with players who have no clue what is going on and I'm talking about tier 8-10 specifically. WARTHUNDER HAS THE SAME PROBLEMS.

I don't see this game improving at all. The MM is broken, tanks are OP and players have no clue how to play This is a function of the people playing the game... as for Warthunder, go ask people's opinion on the IL-2, the Chaikas, the Beaufighter, the YaK 9T, the Yer-2s... and others. Balance is not achieved there either.. Here are some suggestion WarGaming to put in the game:

*Provide sufficient matchmaking for good players so that good players are matched with good players and vice versa. I think it should be based on your highest streak and your accuracy. Skilled MM is NEVER COMING to WoT. Also, WT doesn't have it, so it isn't an argument.
*Improve the game mechanics/Physics with the tank itself Havoc is coming next year. For example, the cogs are fixed and the tracks are partly fixed. This is not suitable for the game. Niether should be fixed when it comes to a game of this type.
