I remember the sweet whimpering of dogs crushed inside their little doghouses... flattened by 60 tons of steel :harp:

The back then tier 4 Leopard light tank could tear entire teams apart when occasionally matched in a tier 6 tops battle.

I'm so old player, that I remember that the T30 was the Tier X heavy tank, that there were no Tier X mediums and TDs, that there were only Russian, German and American tanks.
I remember that I played the old Tier VIII American medium T23, which is now replaced by the Tier IX Pershing.
I'm such a old player...

When gold ammo only existed in clan wars, when there were no autoloaders, when the only tanks with huge guns were obj, and t95.

Yeah..

I remember..

When Wot aimed to be a ww2 tank simulator(ish) game and not an arcade fantasy-tank shooter..

When everyone and their dog wasnt spamming gold..

When heavy tanks ruled the battlefields and you didnt have to be afraid to be two-shotted in an E75 by tier X tds..

those were the days..

but seriously, I liked the game much better then.
Maybe war thunder (blasphemy i know) will take another approach.

I remember times without any lags,

I remember warping tanks which would be in front of you one second and then appear behind you a second later.

I remember when we had just a handful of maps, just Standard battles, wider spread MM, and the Type 59, well! a story in itself. :)

I can still remember the time you could face a maus in your loltraktor
But you could trap it with a few tier 1 tanks (a maus couldn't push a tier 1 tank   )
Edit: like this (found on a really old tactic site)

I remember the time WG had a actual developer active on the EU forum reacting on player feedback and questions.
Overlord is still missed by a lot of players.

I remember the time when there where so few players online at night that you could have a running conversation with a bunch of people through 10 games in a row.

I remember the time you could play together with more than 6 people, by clicking the "battle" button at the same time. And you were always in the same battle  :great:
Because there were only a few players online
Edit: I can't find the screenshot, but there was a moment we were in the same battle with 21 guys from the same clan
