Thanks for everyone for helping out.
My computer is a refurbished Dell XPS 8500 so it has different components to the normal one on the website.

It is intel  i5-3350P quad core@3.10GHz
mother board Dell 0NW73C
Memory is 4gb but i bought another 4gb to make it 8gb
Windows 8 64bit
ATI Radeon HD 7570 1GB graphics card.

I would like to spend around £100 to £140 to get a new graphics card like the hd radeon 7850 or gtx 560ti but i want it to play at max graphics at at least 30 fps.
MY POWER SUPPLY IS like around 460W but most card need 500W would it still run? and is my processor good enough for the graphics card. Or shall i spend less money as my computer dont really need that sort of card. Thanks you

If you got any recommendations state

Nvidia ti rocks...As for the rest ?...All I know is quad core is pointless on this game as it's still single core supported

Good luck hope others can fill in the blanks

if your looking at the 100- 150 band you may be able to get a newer AMD R9 270 or even the 270X, which is AMD's mid range entusianst card which retails at about that, should also add that the newer R9's althogh based off the old HD 7870 architecture are more power efficent so use less power overall.
But either of the above will do you fine if its out of those 2, as tbh the main bottle neck in WOT is the processors and the game being badly optimised for multi-core processors as really the game isn't all that taxing, I run 6870's in mine and there's very little difference in FPS depending on the settings, yet other more depanding games I'll get better FPS as they are better optimised for modern computers.

oh and one more thing, its ok saying you have a 480w PS, but most stock power supplies don't have the PCI connectors to power the larger cards like the GTX or the 7850.

new power supply is the easiest way, most will have one PCI-6 conection, but i know the AMD cards need 2 PCI-6 connectors, and possibly even the NVIDEA cards as well.

Not sure if you get MOLEX - PCI-6 adapters, may be a short term solution if you do, as most power supplys have an abundance of molex connections for some strange reason.

For 10 quid more I would really recommend you get the XFX 7870 which is very nice, got it.

Well with that graphics card I got 60-70fps when playing WoT and when I record you can decide what fps u want, but I usually select lets say 50-60 to keep the video size relatively small.

not sure on how good it is, but the GTX cards have a thing called shadowplay which will record gameplay footoage on the fly, supposed to have very little impact on frame rates, so if its video your going to be recording them maybe that will be the better option?

Just got my GTX 780 Ti, it rocks =). but i think it's out of your budget.
If you can put more money into it tough, I strongly recommend it
