Jingles most likely makes enough to live on, QB probably not.

Rich? No. Only people with many hundred of thousands of subs get any kind of significant wealth from Youtubing.

QB has 73,267 youtube subs.

Jingles has 170,112 youtube subs.

That's before we look at each video view "payed again."

then again QB takes 5$ every month from each of his subscribers on twitch, and how many does he have? hundreds for sure, but how many?

Jingles is retired, on a military pension, so his youtube money probably just goes towards beer and airsoft guns.

I believe Jingles doesn't make a lot from this since he already gets pension and so doesn't have to do comercials on youtube and doesn't do many other public things.

QB probably get a lot of money from twitch and some from youtube and has to live off that. No idea how much though.

Pewdiepie has 18mill+ subscribers and IIRC the Sun (yeah not best source), says he has a personal fortune of ~£4million. Comparably Jingles and QB are small fish, so I doubt they're rolling in it, even with things like twitch subs.

My trading would make probably in 2 weeks what they make in 6 months youtube only pays the best youtubers the top figure but even that is quite low rate IMO.

If you want to make a living on youtube you have to be what the little girls want or the homosexuals or else you wont earn much.

By the way i used the medical term homosexual dont get all angry its just a word.

It means there's a button saying "subscribe 4,99$" below QB's twitch stream after which you will pay him 4,99$ per month until you cancel it.

if you watch his stream you'll see about 5-6 new subscribers every evening he's streaming too.

Wow. That's just stupid in my opinion. Why not play the game for free than watch someone else play it? It's not like he's writing a blog full of useful info like FTR or a program that helps in some other way.

Sounds pretty crazy to me. Good for him I guess, free money.

I think QB has the largest following for WOT on twitch? He makes a few bob, pays the bills I reckon, but I'm doubting he could live off that alone. Combine it though, with his income from YT and all the advertising, and it becomes a wage I guess. No more or less than the average wage I suspect. The more he streams, the more income. And he's on there regular, 4 days a week at least.

Jingles doesn't stream on twitch, he just jumps in with other streamers. Maybe he gets a cut? And he probably makes some nice bill money from YT, and as said, he's on a pension, so doesn't necessarily need to even upload, he just does it for fun.

Nobody is forced to subscribe btw, so i don't get all that silliness - people join those streams for the banter, the chat ... they don't have to pay a cent. You can follow those guys for free. In fact, I don't think there's much advantage, if any [besides being able to use their custom smilies and have an icon by your name to make you feel special]

I'm not for or against anything about the streamers - I watch a few of them, trying to learn a thing or two from better players. Where's the harm?

I have never subscribed to any of them, and I won 2500G on QB's stream the other night just by being there and entering the competition.

I did however donate to his charity event, when he did the 12hr stream. The cause was a good one, 4 good ones in fact. And it was nice to see someone do something like that, I think he raised 15K in that 12hrs?

I think I'd rather have a normal job than having to play Wot each and every day just to get some money. I'd go mad :p

Why do you go to theater, movies, football match, circus, concert, strip-club?

I would be very suprised if a streamer got more than two bucks per subscriber from Twitch.
