So, to sum this up you can use "any vehicle up to and including tier 8", but taking into battle anything  but 5 Tier VIII + 2 Tier I i worthless.

But yea, video was really nice...

Concluding, you are obliged to take tier 8 tanks. Why did you guys call it 'team battle'..? Why not call it 'tier 8 battle'?

 

When i saw this in the patch notes a while ago, i hoped for team battles with every tier with opponents with the same skill. I do have tier 8's, but still like the lower tiers. But right now, that is useless to take in this mode.

Yeah pretty much anything other than the cookie cutter tier 8 and 1 'scouts' is doomed to failure most of the time. 

 

This is severely limiting and to be honest, not much fun for the tier 1 guys.

 

7 vs 7 is a great format and with potential, but why can you not just implement a battle format that ignores any point values and simply allows a maximum of 7 vehicles with a selectable tier max from 1 to 10. 

 

Whatever tier max a team selects is the max tier they will encounter.

 

You can not get much simpler than that. 

 

I have no idea about the coding/technical/blah blah limitations of what I am suggesting and probably many others are thinking, but surely it is not rocket science!!!

I agree with Zegrze about the new modes for Team Battle. At least make it for tiers V, VI and VII (more players). Each one of these tiers would have an interesting flavour of its own. The system with 42/7 points is meant for your eSport, but for a mode in the game, it's better to simply define the tier and number of top tanks.

The pro-tip about 5 HTs is obvious more flexible. But I would like to see in a video, tips for the setups: 4HTs+1TD and 4HTs+1MT. It seems to work better in some maps, to have a gun doing a lot of dmg from afar, or a tank for fast maneuvers.

I would like to see in next videos, some pro-tips about the tactic 2+3. The cluster of 5 seems to work better at defence, or when you know what the enemy is doing.

 

The +20%credits and +20%XP for the win, ends 30th December. Don't forget Team Battle in January monthly missions. Something juicy, like the mission in the festivities, with consumables, equipment and premium stuff.

I also think it would be good, to make a specific monthly mission for tier I in Team Battles. They are really efficient in getting info about enemy moves. Makes all the difference (and the teams from clans have them, and random teams don't). Juicy mission too.

When will WG implement ESL into client, to get special battle invitations, just like Riot did with LoL and ESL; so we don't have to make any more training rooms and we don't see what setup each team will use until the battle starts?

Picking tanks in training battle is just revealing part of our tactics and some abuse rules to get other teams disqualified while still in training room.

 

The way it currently works, ESL is very open to different kinds of malversations and unfair foul play.

 

And why currently ESL has -6 points for a missing player while here we have only -1? I think the latter one is better...

Total amount of vehicle tiers in one team must not exceed 42 points (7 players). If a player is missing in a battle, the maximum tier points are reduced by 6 per missing player.

hahaha this sucks so much, this video is so lame, what are u talking about? we can take any tier up to 9, but if we take lower than 8 we give enemy team win? that makes sense :trollface: this video is one big trolling stuff :bush:

Tier 9 into team battle? Sure...

And yes, taking anything lower than tier 8 does jeopardize your chances of winning, the times when serious teams used lower tiers are long gone.

lol at the second example battle, in an actual game the 2 50 100s would have emptied their clips into the sides of the 5 enemies advancing and it would have been an easy win, just lol.
