you have made such a great job im going to wait for your next maps... i could not possibly do better but thank you for the link i hope it works with the water xml. i may do some work on the water normals and xml files :)

I may have to use the xml link you sent on some maps, the sunscale makes some normals too plastic like fjord... wanna see if i can limit the plastic look more as i have done all that can be done using normals. i also want to increase the normals in redshire.. just a little

im here if you want to take a look.. not much on there atm.. going to snap more screenshots and upload to nexus world of tank site.

The all in one download has been updated, next maps will be Murovanka since it is a dark map and Sand River, Mines and Ruinberg, since their shadows are way too dark.

Any other suggestions?

Regards. :honoring:

EDIT: The next map is Fishing Bay, since it bored me a lot lately.

Sand River is all blueish(cold). Warm filter wood be good.

Is it possible to make surfaces(grass, sand, ground) less shiny? They reflect sunrays like crazy. It looks just awful. Like a cheap plastic wrap filter.

Everything else You've done is a-okay.

The 3 I think are too dark are fjords, cliffe & Northwest

But is it not too late as 8.11 is being tested on servers??

It is never too late, also 0.8.11 won't affect this mod

Did somebody already test this mod on the 8.11 common test server, since I don't have the time to do so.

Should work just fine I think (hope :teethhappy: )

Cliffe looks way better :great:

I can't understand why they do detailed maps & then make them so dark all the detailed parts are wasted?
