Low FPS

Hello guys,
i registered to WOT today and i obviously have problems with the game.
FPS are 4 to 5 and there is a lot of lag, BUT the graphics are the lowest possible.
I dont think is the Internet connection because all other on-line games i played without a problem (BF:BC2)
Im registered on the european server (im from croatia) so thats not the problem (im not on the amerian server)
Can anyone help me?
