Hi,

I'm considering upgrading my video card, and I'm eyeing the Geforce GTX 770 2 GB.

I'm looking for some people who have this card, who can tell me (roughly) what kind of framerate they achieve , so please:

If you play on a GTX 770, please state what kind of framerates you see in WoT and what your quality/resolution settings are.

I found some older threads where people were seeing some problems on the GTX 770, my guess is that they've been fixed in drivers by now.  But I'm also wondering in general what kind of performance to expect from that card.

Thanks!

WoT is more processor dependant I believe but other games will certainly feel the benefit of a more powerful graphic card.

You will get a range of 40-100+ average of around 60FPS.

I have all settings on max  apart from extra's in sniper mode ( thats for improved visability)

as said above I see no changes between this and my older gtx 560 ti. when I say no changes I mean NONE! best thing you can do is overclock your CPU.. an extra 10%-20% on your cpu cycle speed will give a noticable jump in frames.. dependant on your model of course.

if your thinking of seeing steady and reliable high frames from this card in WOT your heading for dissapointment.

+ WoT uses only 1st core of CPU

Agree with everything here.

WoT is very CPU dependent. The better processor you have the better your game will run with a decent graphics card.

I am currently CPU limited with my WoT performance.

GTX 780Ti

I7 4770k @ 4.8Ghz - custom water cooled with Hyperthreading off.

16GB Ram DDR3-2400 w/tight timings

Avg framerate: 115fps+, sometimes down to 90fps

Sadly my graphics card isn't being fully utilised because the game is running off 1 core and despite the fact that I've pushed the processor speed up significantly.

In general performance terms, especially in regards to CPU performance core per core, Intel outperforms AMD based CPUs - If you really want to increase your performance have a look at your current setup vs a CPU/GPU upgrade.

WoT isn't everything though ;)
