You guys are becoming really boring with your "special" offers. I usually don't get involved in forum wars, but this is getting ridiculous. Same mundane offers and promotions for weeks, no imagination or basic effort put into those at all. Look at American server for example: they have an On track event leading to JgPzE100 and at the same time Premium shop offers, which are related to that event (various premium German TDs+gold packages etc). Now this is at least interesting and there is logic behind it. I don't mean to be rude, but do you really think EU community deserves nothing better than this pile of c..p offers? Or are you getting enough cash flow from EU Premium shop, so the person responsible for it's marketing campaign can just relax and copy/paste those offers week in week? I don't expect any free stuff or heavily discounted gear, but at least show me that you care, prove that there is a reason to actually check Premium shop offers. Or do you actually prefer to hear nothing and say nothing even with many people venting their frustration on your very own forums?

I think the issue is that they have plenty of customers. A compagny usually doesn't change it's offers if they don't have a drop in their sales.

this deal is good compare to other deals which are totally useless to buy. Absolutely no reason to buy the 100€ package. If I would choose between the 100€ package and death "execute" I would choose death. The staff behind the scenes who make this offers are just trolling us "the community".

Hello all

The gift shop is there for players who would like to purchase gifts either for themselves or for others. However it isn't compulsory but there just incase anyone would like to purchase.

The guys here who work on it are constantly trying to please the community in the area of the gift shop, so constructive suggestions would be welcomed:great:

Constructive suggestions:

1) Actually make the "offers" offers.

2) Make them more affordable ...I work and have plenty disposable income but there is jaff all way I am going to spend 49.99 euros for your idea of a "This week’s focus will be the outstanding Seek and Destroy package." I mean it IS outstanding....outstandingly greedy for what is a digital product. Since the release of this game the prices for tanks etc has gone up and up and up (i bought the T59 for 7500 gold when it was fresh and new).

3) Rather than putting together a package that you think we want, how about letting us put together packages we might want i.e its liek the meal deal in Boots. you choose a sarni in a price bracket, then you egt to choose a packet of crisps and a drink to match that sarni....all at a reasonable price.

EDIT: I should add, I have bought premium pretty much since day one, also bought gold a lot for free xp purposes, have a fair few premium tanks as well. Thing is I am never ever going to spend £25+ on this game on a tank no matter what you package it with.....but.....if the Lowe or JT were around the £20 mark if the Super Pershing was £15 etc etc then chances are I would have a lot more Premium Vehicles and you would end up with a LOT more money. Do the Steam sales prove nothing to you??

                                                          GRAB OUR IMAGINATION

how about half price premium for a month for those who have paid for a month before, and a third of the price for newcomers

and 20-50 (just a ball park figure) random players will receive a tier 2 or 3  tank and a slot for free this to be done every now and again

its not difficult just get our attention

I don't understand why I or any other paying customer need to provide constructive suggestions to "guys here who work on it". The key word here is "work", which means they are getting paid to come up with great ideas. And since they "are constantly trying to please the community in the area of the gift shop" it would probably make sense for them to actually acknowledge the negative feedback those offers are almost always receiving here.
