Hopefully there will be some useful info from that gathering, like 1 or 2 tank branches that are to appear in 2014

Here's the full details from the article :honoring:

On Saturday, February 22, Wargaming will be making our first visit to Italy at the Italian Air Force Museum in Vigna di Valle, on the shores of Lake Bracciano, just north-west of Rome.

There we’ll be taking a guided tour of the museum, including special exclusive access to their workshop, and we’ll have photo opportunities with some cool planes!

REGISTER YOUR INTEREST

What about the tank fans?

But what’s in it for World of Tanks fans, you ask? Though we’ll be visiting the museum with our Community Manager Brynd and Coordinator Dakiras, we’ll also be taking along our very own World of Tanks Product Specialist Obirian, who’ll be presenting some interesting information about upcoming content in World of Tanks and will be available to answer your questions.

Are you a fan of World of Warships or World of Tanks Xbox 360?

If you’re a fan of these games, don’t worry, we’ll be bringing both interesting information and cool stuff to look at for these games too!

Will there be goodies and other treats?

As with any of our Community events here in Europe, we’ll bring along some Wargaming themed T-Shirts, in-game codes, and other great merchandise to share with everyone attending.

But this time we’re also offering something extra: after the guided tour of the museum, we’ll treat everyone to a free buffet lunch in the officer’s mess!

Nor is it relevant to this thread's topic so please find another thread to discuss this!

On topic, to anyone who is able to attend this event but not sure about going - I've been to quite a few WG "offline" events here in the UK and they have all been brilliant.  The WG guys and gals are awesome, the locations are fantastic and they really look after you.  You'd be mad not to go to this and I'm really jealous of those that can!  Enjoy!

Yes you can bring others, but you must register them all when you do. Please keep in mind we will need to give priority to Italian residents, as we have only 50 places and they are more likely to actually attend the event.

Don't worry, we'll have events in Slovakia too (though you'll need to keep your eyes on our Czech site and forums for those).

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to provide you with an update: We're working through the list of registrations and collecting everyone's information.  In the next few days we will email everyone who registered with a confirmation. Note that though we had 50 spaces for this event, we've had over 100 registrations. We're looking into how we can potentially accommodate more people at the museum, but we're going to try our best. :honoring:

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask here. :great:

Kind regards,
Brynd & the Wargaming Team

Everyone: The confirmation emails are still on their way, it's taking much longer than anticipated.   But please don't hold off any plans, just come along, it's a public museum and we've talked to them and they're pretty flexible about the numbers of visitors.

The only thing we can't really be very flexible with is the amount of people we can cater for with our free food offer, so if necessary we may need to cap that at the aforementioned 50 person limit.  We're aiming to take extra goodies, though. :great:
