I wonder where do you get promo codes from? People where getting Valentine and Soviet M3 I heard but I dint get anything   .

Those were special closed beta codes.
Those codes were used upon account creation.
When game became Open Beta they became obsolete since no code was needed for account creation anymore.
Only those accounts got their gift tank after release.

When I started playing the closed beta I had a code to get the Valentine tank, however, the code did not work and I ended up creating a new beta account but had no gift tank (until I got the Sherman as a CBT tester who had doen more than 1,000 battles since the beta went open).

From what I've read not getting the Valentine was no big loss.

I don't know if the codes to get the free premium tanks worked after release - mainly as they would cost real money to acquire now.

I Early CBT and didnt get anything :[ does there is any change to get these?
