We are happy to report that most networks are now back running as normal. As a thank you for your continued support and patience, every player will have the opportunity between Monday 3rd and Sunday 9th of March to make up for some of the lost time with a free day of Premium Account, to be used when they log in during that week.

oh, great, lost almost two weeks of premium account so now I'm getting ONE DAY back.. great, really thanks..

Edit: for those that don't like this, let's think for a moment how much does it really cost WG to give you eg. week of premium for free, if you had premium active during that lagfest. answer will be - zero point zero..

Why has it taken this long to post about the latency issue? This silence is bad for the companies reputation, and reputation is a hard thing to create/keep.

So,

Players who spend money for a prem account get one day back. Players who spend no money, get one days prem as well.

Seems fair to me!

Because it takes a long time to solve this stuff. There has been one previous post about it as well, btw

Problem has been reported almost since the introduction of 8.11that was a few weeks ago and the compensation for this time is one day of premium ? I wasted at least 1 weak of premium because i could barely play and this is what we get , 1 day  ? EA style appreciation .

WoT EU community is a funny one. No matter what WG does, they are not content with them.

If only Premium Time users had suffered then we may have only compensated them but in this case it affected everyone and giving this Premium Day "across the board" so to say is the fairest solution.

I think I should revise this as I defiently wasn't clear enough. So, let's start over :D!
The 1 day of Premium Time is us saying "thank you!" for sticking with us during this troubled time, it is not compensation for the issues. We are still working on resolving the remaining problems.

Dude, we couldn´t play for weeks (at least those of us who only had time in the evening) and now we get one premium day back which is worth maybe a few cents.

BUT you said that your equipment was changed already and there is no known issue (info from WG support), Olympics were the reason and our machines and 10 other things. Do you mean that you LIED to us? :sceptic:

btw, thanks for the ONE day compensation of premium....

Thanks. 1 day is better than nothing.

Actually quite impressed you admitted culpability! And posted where everyone could see it, not just the forum.

Just goes to show just how cheap this company is, and that is why these guys are not seeing another penny or cent from me ever again.

You don't get what we are trying to say. Yes, we all suffered and still suffer, but it cost nothing for non-premium members, for premium members it did. To say that it is the fairest solution seems a bit silly. Some lost days and more of premium time because of this. Maybe non-premiums couldn't play either but at least they didn't have to pay for it.

Wow. 1 Tag Premium!

Und die anderen verlorenen Tage?

Achso, unser Geld hat Wg ja bereits...

Beste Reaktion unsererseits:

Ok I got it. Sorry for not writing in english

Wow, 1 day premium.

And the rest of the days lost?

Btw. our money is already in WG hands....

An adjacent reaction could be:

1. If there are questions from friends/neighbours about recommendable online games, one may not suggest to play WoT, so potential new customers won't be added.

2. Those who are nevertheless playing - what about not spending money for the next month of premium? It's good for your wallet and WG may recognize that also.

I'm just the messenger I'm afraid and had no say in this so I can't give you a reason for the amount of days chosen.

Let me rephrase this as I probably seemed a bit distant.

We report all the player feedback given, including the details you are giving in this thread, and we really appreciate this. We don't want you guys to suffer ofc and we want to make sure you guys are happy, remember that.
