Why would you want my pack over others....? Because it has basically all the important stuff other mod packs have, but MUCH MORE.... and it's clean, readable, etc.
Essentially, if you thought other packs didn't look right, weren't readable, were missing things, or had just useless stuff, then this pack is for you.
NOTE: All thanks and credit go to the original Mod author's..... I take no credit other thank making a nice designed pack for you all. Special thanks to Ded_Shalfey, Rkphantom, Webium, Aslain and others....
I recommend AIOMOD's, Music/Gun Sounds and Hit Skins.
Also, for a change of pace, I REALLY love the "Star Wars Laser Guns" sound pack..... It's just like you're in the movie! :)
And here's the Star Wars Music: http://forum.worldoftanks.eu/index.php?/topic/65253-081-nobleplatoons-music-and-voice-mods/

Design is for 1920x1080 resolution and 17 inch screensize, Adjustments might have to be made in other screen sizes.
Bigger likely okay, smaller you will likely have to make some x y adjustments in some of the config files (see install below).

If you don't know how to install a mod then "no soup for you".... haa haa, just joking!!!
1. Run the EXE and install what you want, be sure to select the correct game location.
2. Install Fonts (to install fonts install the EXTRA's option, go to fonts folder and double click each font file, hit INSTALL), for example if some text doesn't show, shows as lines or boxes, such as on the minimap or above the tanks in the Markers. Or you can put all files into your "Windows" FONT folder.
3. Those who DO NOT want to use the "Server Reticle"..... To prevent the tiny "artifact" (if you have one), go into res_mods\x.x.x\gui\ServerCross2.xml and edit ALL 4 "serverGunMarker" settings to FALSE.
4. When in the HANGAR (don't change in battle) go to Settings and make sure the "Server Reticle" is checked and the show "Tier" option is unchecked. (DON'T check Server Reticle if you don't want to use it)
5. To NOT see "sentences" with Bad Words so the mod works (it seems), "uncheck" the bad word filter option in the game Settings.
6. Also in Game settings go into "Controls" and change your "F" key to another non-used key. "F" is the BalCalcMod. I use "E" for reverse, and don't use what used to be "E".
You can of course change the BalCalcMod used key, see scripts\client\mods\ folder for xml config.
7. Play game and enjoy....
NOTE for NON-ENGLISH Players.....:If your game client is no longer in your preferred language after installing the Mod Pack, then delete the "text" folder in WOT\res_mods\x.x.x\ .
To get the large map simply press the Caps Lock Key on your keyboard. If you want to change it to a different key simply go to hotkeys.xc and the setting is there.
NOTE, CTRL activates the Damage Panel quick menu, so be aware if you decide to use ctrl.
Shift Key is for Zooming in and out, then you mouse scroll.
CUSTOMIZATION NOTE.... WARNING!!!!
If you don't like the way something functions, please be aware there are several ways you can change things.
In the install, .xml, .cfg, .xc, etc. files (which are just text files) primarily control various functions, especially in the gui, gui\scaleForm\, & scripts\client\mods\ folders.
Use Notepad ++ or similar UTF-8 editor to change settings (don't use Wordpad OR Notepad).
See HOW-TO's for customization & more INFO!
- The "Auto-Telescope" mod automatically removes and places Binos, Camo, and Toolbox in a tank when loading a battle. You can manually select what you want, and the mod will 'remember' that skill for that tank.
If you really don't want your life to be easier and cheaper, then simply go to the same folder "mods" as PMOD below and delete the 2 auto-telescope files.
- Need to change Mouse Scroll, find noScroll, defZoom, etc. (set to false) in:.....
- Need to edit sight settings or otherwise? Edit.... the above and/or the below....
- Don't like the tank icons, then simply replace them with someone elses..... in xvm\res\contour\
- Don't want Auto-Login to go into the game? Simply go into World_of_Tanks\res_mods\xvm\configs\leeuniverse\ and edit login.xc.
- Want to change the # of Rows with the Multilined Tank Carousel? Go to your Hangar Settings and the "Mods" Tab. (NOTE, if you ever get a "blank" Mods Tab, simply go into res_mods folder and Delete the "ModSettings" folder.)
- Want to change the Custom Radial Menu options, edit \res_mods\x.x.x\scripts\client\gui\scaleform\ RadialMenu.xml (NOTE, use the editor below to make it easy)
Get familar with the files in LAMP, what things do and are.....
Those who have smaller screens, you will likely want to edit various X Y position settings to change the positioning of certain objects.
In the XVM folder Hitlog.xc, or in the scaleform folder the InfoPanel.xml or DPData.xml files.
If your InfoPanel is cut off, like you have a Screen Resolution of 1600x900, simply edit InfoPanel.xml and lower the 4 initial "y" position numbers by 100 or so, from 478 to 378 or 420.
Use a Saved Game "Replay" to test the positioning of things.
See here for more helpful info on x y positioning: http://roughnecksxvmmods.ipbhost.com/index.php?/topic/62-how-to-find-x-and-y-positions/
Warning about HP Bars in PlayersPanel.....
The HP Bars in the playersPanel can be "resource intensive". If you have any lagging problems and you didn't before, just disable the HP Bars.
You can do so by going to World_of_Tanks\res_mods\xvm\configs\leeuniverse\battle.xc edit with NotePad++
Change to "allowHpInPanelsAndMinimap": false,
I can personally one on one help you by Remote Connecting to your computer.
- Google/Download a program called "TeamViewer".
- Contact me through the game. (leeuniverse)
- Just RUN TeamViewer, no need to install it.
- You give me the ID and PW it indicates, and I connect to your computer.
- Connection is only through the program, thus it's Safe and Secure, and you see everything I'm doing and can take-over and disconnect at any time.
- Easy way to help you.....
How To: Hangar Clock position, style, & language....
Need Clock below Menu like in this pic?
Change the <Config......> "y" positions to 120, 133, 133, 133 respectively.
How To: BalCalcMod "explained"....
See link to "try" and understand how the mod works. It's a bit difficult to understand, and it only helps a little, but, it can be useful. I'm still trying to figure it myself.
Best I can figure so far is it stops the Sniper Reticle from dropping when a tank moves or you're leading, helps anyway. So that's all I can say on it.
The "F" key is the mods activation key. You must go into the Game Settings Controls and change the current "F" key to something else. (I changed my auto-reverse drive to "V")
Or you can change the mods key to something else, so into Scripts\Client\Mods\ folder for .xml file.
How To: FreeCam Mode "explained"....
How it works: Note: Only works with Replay Video.
1. Open replay
2. Skip past the count-down
3. Click mouse to switch to regular "free cam"
4. Hold capslock and hit F3. You're now a free floating camera detached from your tank.
P - turns on camera inertia, making movement smoother and more spiffy looking
W/S - forward/backward
A/D - left/right
Q/E or mouse wheel - up/down
Insert/Delete - zoom in/out
X - maintain distance from the ground
C - switches camera to rotate around center point of screen
Shift-N - puts aiming cross in middle of screen
N - attaches camera to tank under aiming cross
1 through 0 - adjust speed of camera from slow to fast
Numpad2/numpad3 - tilt camera left/right
Numpad4/numpad 6 - rotate camera left/right
Numpad8/numpad5 - rotate camera up/down
R - resets tilt
You can also hold shift and press the tilt/rotate buttons to have it keep moving.
V - disable interface
Capslock-Numpad0 - enable over target markers when interface is disabled
How To: Edit XVM in XVM Editor....
1. Do not select the snippet-minimap.xc file when you select the files to open in the editor, it doesn't belong in the xvm, it's an extra configuration.
2. The entire "elements" code in the elements.xc file must be replaced with the "default" xvm code which is this:
Then once you've made your edits, you must change the above codes "back" to what they were for things to work properly.
Remember, the xvm will all now be saved into one file, since the editor for some reason doesn't save to separate files.
Save this xvm separate and copy your edits over to the respective sections in the "original" xvm files. DO NOT USE the XVM.xc from the editor.
The editor hasn't been updated in a long time, and many xvm functions will be "removed" from the saved xvm.xc file. For example, 90% of the code from the battle.xc file will not show in the "battle" section of the saved xvm.xc file.
How To:Edit the Customizable Radial Menu....
Use the RADIAL MENU EDITOR v1.5
NOTE.... If you have an "error" when opening the radial file, just say OK or whatever. Only change made seems a similar small formating change. Think okay.
Thanks to Beals for this instructional video.
08/23/2014 - 0.9.2.v6.... New "Installer" for installing mod pack, xvm, extra's, etc. Now EASY to install, uninstall, and restore. Customized some elements to reflect LAMP's trademark. As mentioned above, now using WOTLABS XVM colors, though LAMP customized for quality.
08/21/2014 - 0.9.2.v5.... Re-added the HP Pool bar, NEW Design, nice.
08/13/2014 - 0.9.2.v4.... Bug fix release. Latest Dev XVM had a map zoom but in which the caps lock key no longer worked, but pressing "T" would cause the map to pop-up. Re-added a RadialMenu.swf thought was an extra unneeded file, but may have caused the end game countdown to stop working. Though, may not be the problem, monitoring the issue, haven't yet gotten through another 15 min game to test.
08/11/2014 - 0.9.2.v3.... XVM Updated to latest, updated dead tanks, permanant channels mod not currently included due to base API still being buggy, which is why the advanced caurosel mod isn't included, mod developers are still working on it. Added the Clan Mod.
08/05/2014 - 0.9.2.v2..... Fully working version. New "calculator" in Hangar. Removed HP Pool mod for now, likely not necessary either.
07/31/2014 - 0.9.2.v1..... Initial 9.2 release.... Most everything is working good. There is a couple of mods missing and/or needs updating still, and some tweaking needing to be done, but here you go. This release is pretty much the [LAMP] you know and love. Note also that I had to change some scripts of the "optional" sights. If you have any issues, when swapping sights out, let me know.
06/25/2014 - 0.9.1.v3.... Dead off white tanks, orange tracks updated for 9.1 - New Permanent Channels mod - Updated YasenKrasen Stats mod - Refined the Mini-map circles and colors - Added a yellow center marker, so easier to see to Taipan sights.
06/18/2014 - 0.9.1.v2.... Bug fix version. Fixed the not able to click mini-map bug. Temp work-around fix for the game freeze bug caused by tank destruction of the M8A1 tank, deleted the damage skins for it. (hopefully no other tanks with that issue, until mod developer is able to update. Seems to be all the bugs worthwhile anyway.
06/17/2014 - 0.9.1.v1.... Initial release of 9.1. Everything appears to be working, though there seems to be a bug in which you can't click the mini-map for directing players when you hold the Ctrl key. Added Kodo's Crosshair to sight options. Let me if any other bugs.
05/30/2014 - 0.9.1.CT.v2.... Near full release for playing on test server.
05/23/2014 - 0.9.1.CT.... Beta release for playing on the test server.
05/16/2014 - 0.9.0.4.v13.... Updated XVM, previous bug fixed.
05/13/2014 - 0.9.0.3.v12.... Updated XVM. Updated I'm spotted mod.
05/10/2014 - 0.9.0.3.v11.... Updated XVM. Automatic Circles on Mini-map are now a part of XVM, no longer a separate mod. Removed the Tank Direction line, didn't like it, more confusing and crowded. Updated YasenKrasen Stats mod.
05/08/2014 - 0.9.0.3.v10..... Udpated XVM and other small changes and fixes.
05/03/2014 - 0.9.0.1.v9..... Updated XVM. Updated the Tank Carousel mod, hopefully the bug is fixed then.
05/02/2014 - 0.9.0.1.v8.... Updated XVM, and just minor adjustments. Now releasing an "XVM Only" version.
04/28/2014 - 0.9.0.1.v7.... Updated XVM, and both White Dead Tanks and Tracks appear fully working. Now they are "off-white tanks, and brown tracks, bit nicer.
04/28/2014 - 0.9.0.1.v6.... Just updating XVM and YasenKrasen Stats, no major bugs to fix.
04/27/2014 - 0.9.0.1.v5.....- Updated XVM to latest nightly. - Added some new Server Reticle images. - Updated HP Bar, can now be configured in the Hangar Settings. - Added scope shadow options, back is the black scope, added it to the default pack install. - Added White Tracks, both Dead White Tanks and Tracks appear stable. Other little tweaks.
04/25/2014 - 0.9.0.1.v4..... Updated XVM for the 9.1 micro-patch. Everything else seems working fine save as indicated.
04/24/2014 - 0.9.0.v3..... Added Auto-Telescope mod, it's working again, and removed the Auto-Equip mod. Remember the mod "unloads" Camo, Bino's, & Toolbox from a tank, but will put them back on when you go into battle. Added a new Tank HP Bars in the Players Panels. Updated to latest nightly XVM. Note, the latest nightly's have created a bug in which all the mini-map circles and colors don't show until AFTER you have played a tank. All circles and colors will show for all future battles. 60x zoom still not working, only goes to 50x. Updated YasenKrasen stats. Added Dead White (gray lol) tanks back, not perfect but at least working. Still working on White Tracks. - Added the "NoScroll" setting back. Sorry, ended up being irritating. Those who don't want NoScroll, can still edit the function per install instructions.
04/20/2014 - 0.9.0.v2..... Everything is now working and all mods are included (save as indicated), no known Bugs. Pack does not yet include Dead White Tank & Tracks due to a Graphics bug with 9.0. Added a new HP Bar to the Battle screen. Added another sight option, Vitiris_Sight_Blue_mod_Reworked. Now using Win8 for players panel colors and level changes. Mouse-Scroll is now the "default" setting for the game. No need to change anymore, since most want it. Those who use shift won't even notice. Auto-Telescope mod atm has been replaced by the Auto-Equip mod due to not working any longer. Auto-Equip works different. During first use you must "select" what items you want each tank to use, the mod will then remember those items for future battles.
04/18/2014 - 0.9.0.v1..... Initial Release for 9.0. New Multi-RowTank Carousel (customizable in Hangar Settings "Mods" Tab API) Some mods are not yet included due to needing to be updated, Messenger V3 by Yasen Krasen, Dead White Tanks and Tracks. Included more Sight Options... Jimbo's, Deegies, MeltyMapsMathMod, RoughNecks, Soulza's, and many more. (many special customized better than original) New Server Crosshair design.
- You must now "Activate" your Stats. Go to http://www.modxvm.com, Click Sign In, Enter Info, Activate, and Add Client.
- If you get a "Black Screen" after a game, go into C:\Users\***user***\AppData\Roaming\Wargaming.net\ and DELETE everything in that folder. Is a bug with the game.
- There's a small bug with zoom in which it won't go to 60, but to 50x only. There might be other small bugs or things to change, but the pack is stable and ready. Enjoy
03/30/2014 - 0.8.11.v10..... Bug fix version due to Wargaming Mico-patch. Updated Application.swf which caused "Team Battles" to not display tanks. Added a new logos.xml config so a person can edit the Hangar Clock style and language. Changed many config scripts to P-Mod. To change various settings especially sight functions, you now go to res_mods\0.8.11\gui\ and edit ServerCross2.xml and go to res_mods\0.8.11\scripts\client\mods\ and edit P_MoD.xml. Use NotePad++ only. - Fixed non-working Default Zoom Level setting with P-Mod. Can be configed in P-Mod now.
03/20/2014 - 0.8.11.v9..... Small design changes version. Added two new Sight options by Soulza, Kellerman's Hybrid and Hybrid Blue. Fixed the formating of the Medium2 PlayersPanel, so looks nice now. Changed the default ServerSide Reticle design to one that is easier to see, better for close combat aiming. Added new Star Wars Base Capture Siren replacing games default. Changed the default packs custom Sixth Sense Audio alert. Fixed the wrong XVM Symbol being displayed for tank blow-ups in the Hitlog
03/10/2014 - 0.8.11.v8.... Removed Enemy reload indicator. Removed Enemy Gun Direction. Added some Fonts some users sometimes were missing. Removed some pyc files from the alt Taipan sight option, using different sight scripts.
03/06/2014 - 0.8.11.v7 - Added ATAC! mod. Added new FreeCam method, removed old and removed arty sniper zoom (banned mod). Adjusted Player'sPanel options. New design for on screen damage info. Changed Sixth Sense Indication and Audio (old is in the packs options folder if want something different). Added new Damage Indicator with 15 sec indication. Other small fixes and improvements.
03/03/2014 - 0.8.11.v6 - Bug fix version. Sorry guys, accidentally left a sound mod's files in my pack and that cause missing gun sounds.
03/01/2014 - 0.8.11.v5.... Bug fix version. Removed the old style chat scroll so the Spam filter would work again. Added a more detail "bad word" list. Fixed sniper zoom levels, were not working fully and ideally. Made a couple of other small adjustments. This release should finally be a near perfect final release for 8.11.
02/28/2014 - 0.8.11.v4....Auto-Telescope mod improved, now remembers manual selections, so what you want loaded will now load. Added Arty Sniper Zoom and Free Camera Mode (WARNING, free camera must only be used during replays. Updated Tank hangar icons. Added I'm Spotted Mod (low spam version). Added BalCalcMod, improves accuracy for distance tanks. Put the Chat Scroll back in, nicer. Added an Armor Penetration Dot to Taipans default game sights.
02/24/2014 - 0.8.11v3.....Updated Hangar Carousel to 1.4. Added AutoTelescope mod which auto-populates empty consumables with Binos, Camo, & Toolbox in that order per available slots, unloads after play. Added new Hangar clock. Added Server selection fix, so your selection is remembered. Added No Intro Video. Added large map border colorblind mod. Updated addon sight Jimbos to 1.37. Added Enemy reloading indicator on the Mini-Map. Other small fixes and changes.
02/17/2014 - 0.8.11v2..... Fixed all known bugs, RadialMenu wasn't working, sniper shadow, etc., Added White damaged Tracks. Added Meltymaps armor indicator. Added Colored Railcars. Added colored lettering & numbering on Minimap border. Added file that stops arty sight box on minimap from zooming.
Think I for sure finally fixed the disappearing base issue on minimap due to the enemy gun direction mod. Well, it's almost 100% working, but not quite.... ugh! Adjusted some coloring and functioning of things. Everything seems working perfect now. Only thing missing is one of the Intro videos still show, don't have the python file for that yet, not updated..
02/13/2014 - 0.8.11v1...... Updated nearly all mods, namely the ones that used .pyc files. A couple of small cosmetic things still need to be adjusted/added, but we have the full mod pack we know and love. Had to downgrade to x60 zoom because the original mod author not yet updated. The enemy gun direction indicator "disappearing bases" issue might be fixed, let me know if not (difficult to understand the Russian, so not sure if that's what the guy said that updated the pyc.)
01/15/2014 - 0.8.10.v5..... Change the tank icon folder location so the issue with the tank icons in the Team Battle section being mirrored (i.e reversed) is now fixed. Upated to latest XVM nightly, and apparently the sometimes missing stats (other than the normal issue) has been fixed.
01/12/2014 - 0.8.10.v4..... Made primarily textual changes and other small fixes, not a priority update. Also fixed the CAPS LOCK key minimap zoom not working, simple setting in hotkeys.xc.
01/09/2014 - 0.8.10.v3..... New backend Ded_Shalfey xvm, everything basically the same front end. New version of Messenger V3 by Yasen Krasen. Removed Angle Indicator, but still can be had as an option. Removed the Damage Announcer 1.7 in the chat box, was too spammy. For those who like it it can still be gotten down below in my BattlePanel download. New Mastery badges in Tree and Tank Carousel. New View Range Circle that auto-calculates distance per tank and I believe also skills.
Another new feature is.... 100 x over zoom level.... instead of 30x. I've currently have it set for 88x max zoom level. Getting much over that and it doesn't work well with the gun accuracy wise. Again, you can can set the zoom levels you want in ZoomX.xml. Other small corrections/changes.
12/26/2013 - 0.8.10.v2..... Bug fix version only for SafeShot not working.... Download Patch only for those who have v1 already.... so you don't need to download entire pack.
12/23/2013 - 0.8.10v1..... First version for the new update, includes the below changes with all updated, everything looks like it works. One thing is when I very first went into a battle, the game crashed, so don't know if there is another XVM bug as happened with the last version, or it's one of the updates. Will further test. Hasn't happened since that first run.
12/20/2013 - 0.8.10.CTv1.... Version created for the test server, only major function not included is "Messenger by Yasen Krasen", but it and a couple other non-noticable things will be updated when game version officially released. This version also includes an updated Zayaz Damage Panel, and a new feature "SafeShot", which helps prevent you from shooting dead tanks and teammates.
12/9/2013 - v2.2..... Added tank Tier above the tank markers in game, added new options for sixth sense, added Gun Constraints and another variation to choose, added clock in hangar, removed premium hangars (will create a separate upload with the very best hangars), edited some of the info and folder structure. Deleted the the original version download.
11/30/2013 - 2.1 BugFix..... No need to re-download, just go into the Sight49 folder in Alt_Sights of my download and copy the "strategic" files and replace those files in the game directory.
I accidentally didn't replace the right files......
11/28/2013 - v2.0 Cleaned up various instructions, addons, and folders, reduced file size for Battle Loading maps, changed default arcade & sniper scope to Taipan scope, added Hangar options, translated most Russian to English for various scopes, added Jimbo's sights as option. You will want to download this, other version was thrown together.
11/23/2013 - New Version with all wanted features V1... (MUST HAVE DOWNLOAD, you will love it!!!)
11/22/2013 - 4.2 Bug fix... Removed the Scope shadow remover code from the Server Side rectical xml, enabling the bino caused conflict with the rectical, game would freeze, also added some additional useful information and files. It is thus the reason for the below arty bug... You'll want to re-download.
11/21/2013 - v4.1 changed Arty sight, turned out to be buggy for me (issue only I seem to be having, see forum, the 2 others who downloaded before this should be fine)
11/21/2013 - v4 Initial release with XVM 5.0.1 test 3 for WOT 8.9
- Some have reported the info in the new "Mods" Tab in Settings as "going blank". I and other's haven't had this problem, but if you do simply "delete" the auto-created "ModSettings" Folder within the res_mods folder. This has been shown to resolve the problem.
XVM has created a bug in which all mini-map colors and circles do not show until "after" a tank is played. FIXED 0.9.0.3.v11
- Medium2 of the Players panel if the username is 4 characters or less the content will center instead of be aligned.
Wargaming has introducd a "bug" in 0.8.10 in which while playing arty the aiming square on the minimap now "zooms"..... this is a terrible feature, messes up the great aiming square because it get's so tiny and make it hard to track. Not sure when or if fixable. Fixed in 0.8.11v2
In the Team Battle section of the Hangar the tank icons are mirrored, long known issue with the game and XVM, not fixable yet. Fixed 0.8.10.v5
- If you use the TAIPAN Arty site (replacing default) it's missing the green circles and the center two letters are still in Russian, can't edit the Actionscript, decompilers I've tried won't save or edit right. It's really too bad, this is likely the best arty sight of all if it was fully working and translated. Although, I need to look into Sword of Damocles again, I might be able to fix some things with it now, and maybe I'll have that as a or the default sight.
That's the only thing I know of....
Things still want to do:
- Would like to add the BattleMessenger chat/spam filter, getting tired of the insults in chat, would like peace. However, Chat Scrolling uses the same battlemessenger.swf, so one would have to be combined into the other, here's to hoping it will happen one day. - Would like to add top gun reload time to tank icons. Na.... Will hopefully be in sights soon.
- Want to add the rainbow angle indicator to the Damage Panel.
- Would like the Damage Panel to show rounds that don't Pen.
Likely going to add the clock in the hanger, I realize now playing full screen that it's useful. - Might still adjust the stats/names text and colors.... trying to get perfect. Fixed with 0.8.11.v7 - Want more detailed Tank Icons, really none out there has the tank icon, and full detailed, and need right player panel to not switch icon they are used, because default system reverses the icon. Webium has something in his pack might want to use if I can get the switching thing fixed.
- Want to add floating up skull & crossbones, and the same on the enemy players panel, and seen and not seen light bulbs like Ded_Shalfey has in his older xvm config that comes with the XVM Mod download for examples.
- Some tanks don't seem to have view range, need to look into
- There are a couple of arty sights I want to use instead, but they seem buggy on my system, but not others (something wrong with my system need to fix), so I used a more simplier sight that doesn't cause the bug.
- Make the enemy "Ghosts" on the MiniMap actualy "Ghosts" i.e. "white".
Want to add the Victory Day hanger, but since 8.8 is seems it's got buggy and/or you have to mess with WOT game files, which don't want to do, so working on that still. (working nice version found at AIOMOD's, you can download separate, I use it myself)... Will likely add other hangers also as options, and create a separate download for all hangers.
- will add more I'm sure.....
If there's something cool you've found, or have an idea for improvement, let me know.
Understand I'm not a script man, but something already existing, I can try to make it work.
LOW FPS TIP:
So, you have a good computer, and you wonder why your "FPS" is so low, like 30-40 when you really should be getting like 60, with or without mods?
I don't know what combo or amount fixed it for me, but I jumped 20 FPS average or so when in settings I put to:
- Full Screen
- Anti-Alias to FXAA
- Resolution to 1920x1080
I'm now playing between 50-60 fps average.
So, don't know what did it, but I was irritated having a new gaming laptop and not getting better fps. Apparently you simply have to get your settings right in the game.
Nearly all settings are max.
Game Updates IMPORTANT NOTE....
I will always "try" to get most if not everything working before the update by using the test server, so when the update is released you can have my pack all ready for you, but please be aware it may not be 100%. But rest assured, I have the time to keep this pack updated, and baring even worse circumstances than I'm already in, this mod pack will always stay updated and getting better for you.

Think my "Stats" suck? (stop the stat bullying)
BTW, for those who need to know since I know some of you think it and say it, if you look at my stats and you think I "suck", well, some things I would like to point out.
About 40% of my games (used to be 80% early on) are not at all my actual game play. First, when I first got introduced to the game by my kids, they had a sucky computer, and I really could only play arty with it, because when I played a tank, it had such bad lag that I would always die easy, was simply unplayable. Then I got my own nice computer, ended up getting 3 different ones because for some reason had a crappy router and wireless was always dropping (would drop in the middle of game), and did lot's of troubleshooting using the game to do so.
Then I got into mods, and so I would test various packs, started creating my own, would intentionally die to test things, had a computer issue which turned out looks like it was some driver issue, which would cause the game to freeze right in the middle of game play, so tried to test that over and over, and I played light tanks for a long time as well, etc. etc. So anyway, about only 60% of my games are me really trying to play, and when I really play, I place within the top six generally, and if I have a good tank, I place within the top 4 generally (these days I usually place in the top 3). Of course, sometimes being human, I do the rare dumb thing, or try things out to see what works and doesn't work, but anyway, I play good when I'm really playing. The only stat that is pretty "close" to showing my real game play is my hit ratio, because usually when I shot, I shot to hit. But even it should be a bit higher for various reasons. Oh, and I've also tested various tanks, bought and sold over and over, tried things out etc. thus not really trying to play.
Anyway, I only mention this because people are retarded for thinking everyone that looks like they suck actually do suck per the poor stats etc. Not everyone simply fits that "paradigm". So let's be nice to each other. We are all human, fellow tankers. As well, the more I play, the more I realize that although most of the play is skill based, it's also just the luck of the play as well. Sometimes crap just happens. As well, Wargaming knows what they are doing, they put sucky tanks against good tanks to keep win rates as close to even as possible.
So to all the Stat Bully's...... Here is PROOF that I'm actually a BLUE..... Average....
Beginning stats 16 games, 11 Wins.... And after 3 days, 217 games, 119 Wins. Look at my Wn8 and Eff rating.....
Showing beginning and ending stats and 217 games is enough to show ones basic average, because they can loose or gain anywhere from 1-10 points per match. Thus, to have blue after 217 games, that's my basic average.
When playing, I actually fluctuate between low Purple and low Blue, so my actual current skill average is around mid-high Blue. Thus, I'm not actually a Yellow as my game stats show due to the above reasons. This is my ACTUAL game skill level.

Actual screenshots from my game.
Note also that I did not simply capture a "rare" best moment. I played these 16 games and then continued for 3 days for a total of 217 games (save a couple of games where I needed to test something) immediately after being challenged, belittled, and lied about in three Forum threads that my WOT "skills suck", because my "stats" say I suck. Well, these are my ACTUAL stats, and I don't suck. Having conducted a couple of professional studies in college, this test and the circumstances behind it are well within accurate statistical probability. Further, I know how well I play, I see my stats every day as above.... or are you going to keep calling me a liar? I'm better than 99% of players of the game. I don't say this to toot my horn, but because I've been challenged, so I provide the simple FACTS.
So, I decided to prove the stat bully's wrong, and for who they are.
Further, for those who still want to make excuses to belittle people, I don't actually "use" hitskins. I did once for about 30 days to memorize weak points, and then I only usually once every game update test the above skins I recommend from AIOMOD, and I also periodically test them and other mods. My pack doesn't have skins, so no I don't "need" them, and I don't use them except for testing and as a rare reminder. I just happened to have them installed at the time of these screenshots. I re-install my mod pack at least once a day, and skins aren't in it.
Further, any good player memorizes hitzones from a website, Tank Inspector or otherwise. So, stop being childish.
One other thing...... I've decided to do something different so as to try not to almost ever play games that aren't me actually playing. I didn't care before, but since you all DO care about judging people by their stats, and I actually care some now how well I do show, I'm going to change my practices so my actual stats can start to show. So, if anything good came from this (even though I know most won't change their views even though the proof is right in front of them) I'm going to change how I do my testing.
