Hello guys,

What do you think of an action for Ukraine because of the Russian aggression.

What do you guys think of a 'don't play Russian tanks for a day' action?

Hope everyone want to help, even in wot we should give the Russians a signal!

I don't think that a game is a good way to express political statements... furthermore, no Russian politician would ever know that we did such a thing anyway...

And what signal is that? 'Putin be careful, we're going to stop playing our pixel tanks for an entire day if you don't stop messing with Ukraine'.

Must be really tough being faced with that kind of ultimatum.

How about we ban Ukrainians for a day?

They did illegally overthrow their government, swapped one Russian-backed corrupt elected leader for one Western-backed corrupt unelected leader.

How do the people of a country 'illegaly' throw over their government ? You know democracy, 'the governement of the people by the people for the people'. What the majority wants defines what is legal.

Well, wouldn't change anything as it's a virtual game.

No logic here at all. Soviet tanks were designed and built just as much by Russians as they were by Ukranians. By banning Soviet tanks, you ban all former USSR countries.

The only reasonable action would be not playing WoT or any other Wargame as a statement against war for the duration of the crisis. Supporting either the russian or the nato side is just clear evidence that you have no [edited]clue what's going on in the world.

Not sure about not playing Russian Tanks, but I know a few of my clan members are refusing to give Wargaming any money until the Situation in Ukraine is sorted out, not sure if you guys would also be interested or not.

What about the people who have only grinded the russians so far? It's not fair to them.

So you're saying that you're willing to try to have a Russian tank strike as if Vladimir Putin would care that a bunch of nerds don't want him to interfere with his military composed of tough soldiers that are trained for the purpose of killing whatever would be considered "hostile" to their superiors (which means hostile according to Putin)? And also implying that Putin even cares about some gaming company? And even implying that WG could actually do something massive enough to change the mind of the President of Russia, whose decision is actually firm and thus hard to change?

Even the Greeks couldn't create a greater tragedy.

Democracy stopped working when the tyrants were expelled from ancient Athens.

We understand the current situation is on everyone's minds but please refrain from discussing it here. These forums are for World of Tanks, not politics.

Thank you!
