And how does a team like that get on facing Tillys and Hetzers?

A friend in Russia is trying to get me a BT-SV box set soon... :-)

For one of these codes I would offer a 10h personaltraining. :harp:

Got mine today.  Bought off EBay from a Russian guy. Paid £116 (that's 116 GBP) including 10,000 gold and three month's premium account. Struggling a little with it but have had Mastery Badge twice in just under an hour.

  • The Jingles video heavily overestimates the armour strength.  There's lot can penetrate this tank.
  • The speed is astonishingly good.  I raced some PzIC and easily beat them.  Estimate only a T2 Light US can go faster from a standing start.
  • Turn rate is OMG awful.  A swine to steer at top speed.
  • Gun is the same as the T-127 in which I have hundreds of games.
  • Main point is it is fun to play and there are a lot of wtf from other players.

Just got mine. Is it worth taking clutch braking straight away to help with the handling? What crew skills do you run with?

I use the crew from my T-50 with the radio operator from the MT-25 (although he was originally from mt T0127).  I haven't reset the skills and perks although I probably will since the T-50 was completely nerfed out of existence.

I think the camo can go because this isn't a vehicle designed for stealth. Clutch braking is top of my list but I'm thinking of maxing out smooth ride and snapshot also as this thing should always be firing on the move.

Cheers for that.

Just so I am clear:   That crew is taken from other tanks of higher tier which were dedicated to scouting.   I've now changed the crew skills/perks to better reflect the needs of the BT SV.  After all the WG nerfing of the T-50 I can barely bring myself to play it

So now the Gunner has maxed out Snapshot.  Driver was more difficult.  Clutch braking was a gimme but I took controlled impact next since this beastie has a reputation as a rammer.  I've also taken of my Christie suspension and replaced it with a spall liner, as I'm losing crew all the time.

First game of the day on WoT for me:

That's interesting swapping the suspension out for the spall liner. Have you noticed the extra weight slowing your acceleration?

She is a pretty Rude machine, i named her Rudy. Because that was the only insignia that wasn't in Russian.

Ace first battle, after a 100 or so matches i still find my Chaffe a bit more fun.

allmost nobody drives this tank, so having a mastery badge is quite easy :P

Ridiculously easy. I've had some average games and got it. The bloody thing really doesn't like turning though. Quite surprised. Still fun though. I do prefer the PZ2J.

Definitely benefits from a 100% clutch braking skilled driver with vents and BIA easier to handle.  I got to use controlled impact as well today, ramming an SU-76 in the side I took about 8 damage and nailed him.

I'm training clutch breaking now.
