I like em all! First m4, underdog, so many stories about Tommy cooker blah blah, 500 games and only I cant cook Top Guns :)
T-34, unreal fast 57mm, wonder if devs buffed that machine to annoy other players, nowadays boring somehow...
T-34-85, hmm switched to 85mm, guess I'll find new inspiration, nothing special in it...
Pz4, well, played almost 20 games, yesterday got Top Gun, good frontal armor, good gun, definitely will work for me!

I voted on T-34 I really like this tank it has great mobility and it's very effective while flanking enemys you just can't rush with it it is not even spotter tank it is really support. Also I do like M4 Sherman but since I got T-34 it seems like playing Sherman (standard one) is really tough I mean to the enemys will most likely be their primary target  it has really big profile and the armor is not so good especially from a side only front is hard enough to sometimes not get hit rly bad. Unfortunatly I didn't had a chance to play Pz IV and to be honest in 5 tier medium tank this tank is really hard to encounter it can have very deadly cannon similar to the one that STuG III uses as the last  so when I'm in the Sherman or T-34 I rly don't wanna show up when the Pz IV (with most of the upgrades done) is aiming straight at my positon this tank can rly messed you up when you are playing other 5 tier med so you had to be carefull while fight with him but with not much ups (updrades) it is not that hard to encounter him. So anyways all 3 tanks are good but with most upgrades done all of them are pretty tough to encounter (each other).

PS: Oh and just in case if someone ask I have T-34 fully upgraded with 57 mm cannon and M4 Sherman full uped (upgraded) with 76mm cannon

Whoever wants to fight a war inside a T-34 must be plain insane. It had little armor, the gun was terrible, mobility was "meh" , had shit or no optics, it was cramped and not to mention the average intelligence of the crew(Most tankers were just farmers, due to Stalin killing every intellectual being in USSR, gg)
I'd definitely go with Pz IV Ausf.H/Sherman

you forgot to mention the possibility of there being missing parts such as armour plates

rofl
I can imagine the tankers saying: Commander, they forgot to put the engine in....again
Commander: Get out there and push this T-34 in the name of glorious Soviet Union!

P4 anyday. Way Sexier. Also high terror factor as they quite often mistake it for a Tiger.

However ingame it's a pretty good tank and I prefer the 85mm, better ROF and accuracy. IRL you're right of course, lousy optics, it's virtue was ease of manufacture and operation so it could swarm the undoubtedly superior opposition.

Okay I kind of changed my mind right now I'm having rly bad time with me T-34 and now M4 sherman seems to be much mroe playable although T-34 is still good tank but it's only close range flanking tank while Sherman is more accurate and some tiems can snipe from med distance

You're talking about the T-34-85, I was talking about the earlier versions, such as Mod. 1942 and Mod. 1943, but the T-34-85 was far superior to it's predecessors(Don't get me wrong, it was still a piece of shit though.) And it came too late to be of any use in war(1944.) By then, Germany's fate had long be decided.
