Works out as 6700+300+3500+1250 (=11750) gold for 38.1euro = 308.39 Gold per Euro. Which is ok, but not as high as some previous bundles.

E-25: 6700 Gold

Garage Slot: 300 Gold

Gold: 3500

7 days PremAcc: Effectively 625 Gold compared to 30 days (Real value: 1250 Gold) [I compared to 30 days because 7 days premacc is short-term and expensive in comparison to the 30 days]

Gold value: 11125 for 38.10€ = 291 G/€

Alternatives if you are interested only in the E-25:

Purchasing 7500 G for 26.95€ = E-25 + Slot + 500 G

You save: 11.15€

Purchasing 10000 G for 35.95€ = E-25 + Slot + 3000 G

You save: 2.15€

Not every offer has to be super special ofcourse. It atleast beats many offers which were sometimes downright ridiculous. I like this offer and I will probably take it up during the week.

I think that is exactly the idea. I am sure that Paypal gets a little bit from every PayPal transaction via WOT (just the credit card transaction costs which Wargaming has to pay, and you probably pay with the price total), so they now made a deal with Wargaming for a promotion to get people to pay with PayPal instead of their credit card or bank directly. Which is fair, imo.

Here is why I like PayPal...

I sell something I don't want on eBay.and the buyer pays me via PayPal.  I can then use that money to buy stuff in WoT.  For me it's quick, simple and easy.  Plus, because I am not withdrawing the money from PayPal I don't get charged - so I maximise the income of the things I sell on eBay.  Works for me :-)

Because here in the Netherlands at least we can pay via paypal without the need of a creditcard.

Instead of these 'fantastic offers', do a working MM WG...

Solve MM, solve lags, solve siemka noobs roaming with their backs towards the enemy, solve magic armor, ghost shells, 2 minute long queue times, solve the portal failings...

And get rid of these owerpriced offers...

Indeed, it seems to be a good solution for you, but I still think this does not apply for the majority of players. I would say that almost 50% of players(a lot of youngsters in the game, as you probably know) have no CreditCard or PayPal account...

Nice to see that you will team up with paypal, but block users from using paypal for sending gifts. Seems WG gets to much money and doesnt need mine anymore ...

You would be right, if the article on the portal didn't say " ...to bring you some very special Premium Shop offers".  Because call me crazy, but that kind of led me to believe I was about see a very special premium shop offer.

Anyway, enjoy your E-25, it's a fun little machine. :playing:

Yep, the average deal with credit / debit cards is for every 100 spent on a card in a retail transaction, the merchant (WOT's) would get 98%, the merchant bank will get 1% (the people who process the payment, like Electron or Delta, trading names of VISA / MasterCard), and the card issuer gets 1%. I'm guessing PayPal (who I suppose are acting as the merchant bank) have negotiated a lower rate than 1% for their cut.

Edit, re below, wow, Paypal have a surcharge! And 3-5 euro, even on a 100 euro transaction that's a large amount, on smaller values that's huge. VISA / MasterCard have more money than they know what to do with and they only get 1% (and only if they act as merchant bank), but then their volumes are huge. Nice work if you can get it :-)

BTW.

Better to wait for the E25 to be 30% off.

Another advantage about using PayPal that the first replies to your question didn't cover is,

Safety and privacy.

My PayPal account is linked directly to my credit card, wich is a prepaid credit card.

That means that i NEVER have to give any website my credit card details, only paypal knows them.

This lowers the risk of phishing.

Also, PayPal offers a warranty for every purchase over 500 dollars.

That means that when i don't get my goods (not talking about WoT now, just PayPal in general) i can get my money back from PayPal rather than having to fight it out with the guy that stole my money.

And even if someone would manage to hack my PayPal account they would only be able to spend the money on the credit card linked.

Wich is never alot, i only transfer money on that card if i want to purchase things online.
