Just saying i was expecting a simple setup file wich allowed you to install it anywhere.
Anyways, I got it running, downloaded the old voices, moved it to the right column, it was on and green flashy light and stuff. But ingame, I could only hear the crew voices, no music, engine sounds nor gun fires.
So I turned the mod off, reverted everything, unistalled the manager and also got the .rar file with the old sounds that the manager downlaoded. I tested in one battle and everything is fine now and I also have the old crew voices!

Ahh you shouldn't point to the downloaded file as a mod, just click the Old Voice button and it will download and extract the file for you in the correct place.

Ahh, just found out what you were talking about.
You did not change the mods folder, it pointed to the directory where the program was located and we downloaded the crewvoices to that location.
Showing you the crew voice mod was not supposed to happen :-)
This has been fixed and a new version has been uploaded. (tnx to jderul_feroce for reporting)
The voices are installed when you press ok, and you dont need to do anything.

Would be nice if you had more detailed instructions of how to work this, as some people may not know, at the moment you just have the download and video's showing it in use...
Where do you put downloaded mods?
What should be the mod path?
etc?

It would be nice to have some documentation, but I am working between 50 and 80 hours a week right now.
That means my little pet project (that I really enjoyed making) is not the main priority at the moment :-(
But here is some fast instructions:
1) Download all your mods to a folder that only contain WOT mods
2) Start the WOT Mod Installer
3) First select where WOT is installed
4) Second select the folder where your downloaded mods are located (point 1)
5) From the list on the left you select the mods you want to install
6) Click Install
The mods on the right are the ones you have installed, you can disable them (remember to save when you are done)

I just published a new version!
The main reason was to enable the installer to install OverTargetMarkers
Kudos to the author of this mod!
Hope you enjoy this :-)

i had the same problem on testserver before with the sound.
workaround is to put the mods in the game without the wot-mod-installer and the sound is perfekt.
im trying to disable all mods on the right side, but the sound problem is still there. only if you deinstall the mods and save it , the sound is back.
so the problem is the installer itself.
im sure Azagatoth will fix the problem in a short time, so you have to use the workaround till its done.

I am currently using your Mod Installer, however, since the 6.6 patch I cannot use the program without silencing my in game sounds.
Before I installed the patch (6.6) I uninstalled all the mods, patched, then reinstalled the mods. No sound. Turn the mods off, I get sounds again.
Is there anyway since the patch that I can get the sound to play normally in game and still use this program? I really like your program, but this glitch has me playing a "Vanilla" game once more and I miss my mods to the game.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply, I was on holiday!
I will have a look at the reported problem, and will try to fix it as soon as possible.
I am guessing the problem is once again WG changing the way things work (third time).
Thank you for reporting the issue!

Long story short: WG hardcoded more stuff...
I am 99% sure I have fixed the issue!
Do the following:
1) Launch the Wot Mod Installer (yes to update)
2) Enable your mods again (or install them again)
3) Press Save
4) Launch the game
