That is hull up position

It is best used when you shoot into underground/metro or any other targets you can find under the surface.

Actually I thought the pic was quite funny...so i suppose that clears me of wife beating.

If you notice the thread mill on top of the tracks.........the idea was to run the tracks which in turn would rotate the running belt on the thread mill.

There is a pic on the net somewhere of a guy actually running on the thread mill on the tank in that position.

Apparently....it's art....

Allora & Calzadilla’s works.(Track and Field, Giardini, Biennale 2011)

Installed in front of the U.S. Pavilion, Track and Field features a massive 60-ton overturned military tank that has been repurposed by superimposing a functioning treadmill above its right track. An athlete affiliated with USA Track & Field—the national governing body for track & field, long-distance running, and race walking—runs on the treadmill at regularly scheduled intervals throughout the exhibition.

Edit:- After a few PM's about the graphic nature of the picture I posted earlier, I put it in a spoiler to stop any one with a weak disposition or that may be American from suffering unduly.

All I can say is that perhaps they are right when they say exposure to war and images of war can dull ones perception of what is appropriate to display openly such horrific images of war, for this I do apologise and will try to think carefully in future before posting.

So, a warning now to those of you with a weak stomach.......don't open the spoiler.

Spoiler
