Hey

I wanna ask you guys something about rerolls. As you can see i am a beta tester with 4k matches played so far and 6,470 personal rating but in-game people cant see that i am beta tester and starting to accuse me of being a reroll (fair enough). Most of you know that after the beta we had a wipe (fresh start).

You did play the game untill the beta was complete but in that time you did learn pretty much how the game works but you didnt want or asked for a wipe. So is being beta-tester equal to a reroll account??

I'm confused

P.S: The reason why i have played so few matches is because i did stop playing this game after the beta.

Techincally every beta tester is reroll. Or, to be more precise, wipeout.

Why do you care how they call you in randoms? "Reroll" isn`t worst thing you can hear there anyway.

well a reroll account is an account that is created by the person who wants to create it for better stats.

since you were a beta tester and got your account wiped by wargaming it isn't a reroll since you wouldn't of wanted the desire to get better stats in your account (maybe) at the time so no it isn't a reroll since a reroll account is voluntry and not compolsary (however you spell the bloody words)

anyway i would simply ignore the people who call you a reroll. and add them to your ignore list.

False, reroll can be made for many reasons.

Statpadding account is account that is created by the person who wants to create it for better stats.

I was a beta tester but then during the beta there was the server split EU-US and I stupidly chose US, because of that I couldn't continue to use the same nickname I had being a beta tester.

Other than statpadding I think there is absolutely no reason for anyone to do a reroll. Why would you throw away all your progress even if it is sh1t as hell and start over? You can just rebuy previous tanks and start playing them again if you miss them.

You couldn't join the clan with your old account?

I'd say that a reroll account is more for good stats or because you're not happy with how you researched tanks and that kind of things.

An alternative account is for posting or for when you get banned (in the forum or in the game).

Lol mate you are contradicting your own arguments.

You rerolled because you wanted better stats so you could join that clan.

We don`t care. In most cases we know who is behind reroll anyway.

Yeah so there is no reason to reroll when not to statpad

Well dunno what you consider to be statpadding but for me its playing same tanks over and over again for stats improvment. Like playing t40, t49, hellcat, kv1s over and over again, like having 1000 battles on hellcat or simular.

not really why else would you create a reroll in the first place? it's pointless throwing all of that exprience and time just to do it all again.

so my statement really isn't false. just more or less true.

Maybe switching servers? Getting banned on your first account?

Or simply like my reason - getting into other clan

first one maybe. The second one isn't a reroll you simply created the account because your orginal one is no longer accessible. (ok maybe thats debatable)

fair enough but i wouldn't create an account just so i can get into another clan id rather go with a clan thats fun not serious and angry.

sorry if i sound like an arse by the way.

also would you reroll your account?

There's quite a few reasons why I might re-roll.

Firstly, I started this game specifically to play the British tanks. In hindsight this was a mistake as apart from the Matilda and Cruiser IV, they're not really noob friendly. I raced to the Cent 7, ignoring stats along the way. Now, you may think that's fine, but for a large part of my games in the Cent 7/1 I didn't really understand the game.

What I think I'd do on a reroll is simultaneously grind British and US mediums, Russian Heavies, German TDs, and perhaps French arty.

There's also times when I'd like a little second account with a T-25, just for tooling around in. No clan chat, no expectation I'll do TB/TC/CW, etc - just playing tenks for myself.

Finally, there's the challenge to myself - could I create a unicum account knowing what I know now about spotting, armour angling, how WN8 and Eff work, and so on?

I did reroll. I didnt wipe out my first account, just created one more. And created new account to get in this clan that i am now in, and we are not serious or angry, just like name of the clan WHY so Serious?
