Maybe even worse...people just shoot random tanks far from cap points while in mean time they lose tickets and battle in the end.Worse map reading then here or they miss the point.

Those who played and failed WoT in their 'untouchable and historically fearsome' tiger, are all there.

It's okay if you play RU tanks, fun to kill 5 of them in 30s with a t-34-57.

It's horrible if you play GER tanks, they are all sitting in a ridge without any cover and 'snipe'.

Maybe your super low WR is the result of WG's secret lag? Turns out mine has been:

In WT your winrate doesn't mean anything. It doesn't matter if you win or lose, credits and exp is nearly the same. This way there is much less frustration when you have a team of idiots. You're rewarded for how good you are, not your team.

If you're asking about what another game is like, probably best to do that on their forums.

Please keep all discussions about non Wargaming related games to the off-topic section.

In the certain other game, rewards come from how well you do, no matter how horrible team you have.

As an avid WoT player i can say with confidence.

The average WT ground forces player is extremely unskilled, and if you think bad teams in WoT are terrible you will lose all faith in humanity in WT ground forces. Basicly this:

WoT > WT Ground Forces

Rise of Flight > WT Air Forces > every other flight game in history > WoWP

WoT =/= WTGF.

WoWP =/= WT.

Just putting it out there. Compare the players as much as you like, but don't compare the games.

i can't say i agree, sure there are many unskilled players in WT just like in wot but no worse and unlike wot i have so far never been teamdamaged and amount of accusations and whining in the chat is far less then in wot.

If i must rate the players i say WT>WOT if nothing else because of a friendler less whiny community, not perfect by a long shot but it beats the wot community hands down.

I only play simulator battles so perhaps all the unfriendly super unskilled teamkillers in wt are all playing arcade

No idead about the air part of wt or the other air games since i don't play them.

Why not? Most things can be compared even a sports car vs an utility car both have their strenths and weaknesses you compare them then chose the one that suits you.

You want a fast fun to drive car go for the sports car, want something cheap that can load alot go for the utlity car, want something in between then it gets harder to decide.

In short just because something for example WOT and WT are not near identical clones don't mean they can't be compared to each other.

Taking your example here, let's say that the features of a sports car are as follows:

  • Fast
  • Impractical
  • Small

And a utility car:

  • Slow
  • Practical
  • Large

Now, can you tell me which out of these cars is so much better? I definitely can't.

Of course, the man living in beautiful rural Italy surrounded by great roads and village markets would choose the sports car, yet the same man living in a dirty city with grid roads and the school run to do in the mornings would choose the utility car.

Is that any different to the relaxed guy who wants to shoot tenks compared to the hardcore tanker who pleasures in methodically taking down his target over a long time scale?

You just did, it all depends on what you think is most important or if both havce equally many good points then its a draw but in either case you can compare them as you just did with cars.

Comparisons don't have to come to the conclusion that one is much better then the other, the main thing a comparison does is point out the differances between two or more things and that can easily be done for cars and tank games alike.
