"cult of razer" - they sum up razer very well themselves. Tons of cultist willing to spend good cash on overrated, l33t headphones.

Now I know why they killed the sound... it was optimized for Kraken Pro...

I use Plantronics Gamescom 380.

Only costs like 35 euro something...does the job and looks like a real headset (that is...has an arm where the microphone is that can be put up or down).

The design looks nice, but I bet it can't compete with my my Logitech G35.

For that price, I'd throw in a T5 or 6 premium tank, not 1500 gold and 7 days of premium.

If you use a laptop maybe or a very very old PC. But any decent PC these days have a motherboard with a jack that supports dual functionality..

I've had the G35 too and its a very good headset but i now have the Kraken Pro (normal one, not the WG one) and its much better, The sounds quality is extremely good especially the bass, of course you should not expect any different from a 90,- headset. However its the comfort that really excels well compared to the G35. The kuchens are really soft on my ears.
