Can someone reccomend good 3g modem which is good for online games? I have Huawei E3131 which often lags and disconects but i'm in good perceptive area.

IMHE they are all sh!t.

Cost a fortune for poor performance, and the firmware is as buggy as a tramps vest.

Well, it's 3G, so it's not going to be any better even if you buy the most expensive one. :D

I am with 3 in UK and tether on 4G and get better than did on broadband average 18mbs down and 12 upload

It can be faster, but it has higher ping and more jitter.

 

I don't think modem should really matter that much. Just make sure you have model that you can use with antenna.

3G and low latency? Impossible. Get 384kbps ADSL or LTE/4G (the latter is enforced to be available in rural areas by regulation in Germany btw).

 

HSPA is not optimized for low latency due to how CDMA is implemented on it.

I use Huawei B593 with an external rooftop antenna. It works very well, but then again I live in an area with a good 4G connection.

 

ADSL or optic fibre would cost an arm and a leg here.
