Pls go ahead and TK as much "bad players" as u wish. In the end, it is not a big problem for the one who gets killed, but u lose XP, silver and gaming time(through geting banned).

Very bad idea.

You won't help your team by doing that and it makes you even bigger a**hole than the players on the list are.

As if the reason matters. You should trust yourself enough to have had a good reason to put someone on ignore. Keeping an extensive list is a bit of an overkill though. What's next? A diary?
