The T-34-3 is indeed a one hit wonder. One that gets killed in one hit that is....

Mainly due to fire or ammo rack.

That could be a good thing :). Wives usually have less than +-25% mood RNG, and are already fully elited!

Apparently peope buy them, and not few: Not only do they continue, they also seem to make up most of the offers these days. WG would not do this if it wasn't successful.

Difficult for me to understand, for I would never buy credits for money, even though credits have become a bit of a bottleneck for my progress. But it is not for me to decide how other players spend what they have.

In any case, I am glad there is no KV-220 bundle. I would probably buy and regret it. :P

Yup, one of our local WG peepz (probably Ectar) said a few months ago that there are a lot of people buying them. If I had to guess, it's most likely people who don't play often and don't buy Premium time (because they don't play often enough to make that worthwhile).

What would you regret about one of the best troll-tanks in the game?

Think this tank needs to be made decent and playable first before it should be offered in specials.

I liked the Jackpot. 25% discount will have to do.

Wish they would remove the blinking of the button in lower right corner tho.

And yes, I'm not hardcore, but I do play premium.

Need a few million silver for a couple of vehicles coming up at same time.

It is not an ELC, the greatest T5 tank IG. :)

Could not agree more.

Combined with the pretty uninspiring weekend "specials" my money has stayed firmly in my wallet.

My premium account runs out in about 2 weeks (had since I started playing) and I see no reason to bother renewing it at present.

I just do not understand people who buy credits. Just dont get it.

For something that you can easily earn by simply playing the game.

well unless you are really Terribad, botting, afking or suiciding a hell of a lot.

wot players with a brain = 5% of playerbase (most of them end up here on the forums ofc)

Credit buying muppets who struggle to press "wasd" at the same time as clicking the mouse, looking at the minimap, and remembering to breathe = 95% of playerbase (and dont have a clue what a "forum" or "wiki" is)

True story bro....

This week is different, because the week's special is actually worse than the premium special, not the other way around.

You forgot to mention that with wives you always penetrate, no t-34-3 bounce...

Assume for a moment that you're a player who only plays a few hours a week, max. You're average at best, because you don't get much practice. You don't have a premium account, because it's not efficient. So, your favourite tank doesn't earn you much credits, but you really want that shiny tier 8/9/10 tank badly. So you buy a credits bundle, because you don't want to spend months saving up after it took you a month to unlock the tank already.

May sound weird, but the good players who play a lot, are skilled, and go to the forum and other sites to learn the depths of the game in and out... are not the target audience. The elite is a minority and while they play a lot, they're not always terribly cost-effective (for their own wallets, yes. But not for WG). Most run Premium and buy a few Premium tanks (as much as they think they need, which often isn't many), and that's it.

Joe Tomato, on the other hand, buys shiny Premium tanks because they look cool and don't need all that unlocking and upgrading [edited], and he buys credits to buy normal tanks and get equipments for them. And there are a /lot/ of Joe Tomatoes. Many, many Tomatoes...

TL;DR - the F2P model runs on offering quick ways to 'skip' things (like effort) to incompetent, impatient people. It's brilliant. Also evil. Just look at the sea of 'free' Facebook games.
