Hi Everyone

Following the visit that Obirian and I made to a military festival in Hungary a couple of months ago, and after making some good connections with a few of the great members of the Hungarian community of Wargaming fans, I am really pleased to announce the creation of two new Community Contributors, especially for the Hungarian community:

cleverland
Ph3lan
  • Another relatively well-known Hungarian YouTuber, who also has a presence on Facebook as well as organising streams and tournaments and being involved in the Hungarian community.

We are aware there are other active and popular members of the Hungarian Wargaming fan community and we hope that in future we can develop closer relations with them too. :honoring:

Are you actively contributing and looking for support? :glasses:

If you are actively contributing towards your community, you live in Europe, and if you aren't a part of the following language communities: German, Polish, Czech, Turkish, French, Spanish, then please know that even if you are not an English speaker, you are considered part of the "English language" community and both Ectar and myself are your Community Managers.

Because of this, if you are looking to build stronger connections with us, to potentially promote and/or support the contributions you are already making to your country or language's Wargaming fan communities, then please know we are very interested in hearing from you and potentially considering you to be classified as a Community Contributor. You can find more information about Community Contributors here

Please don't be afraid to contact either of us, irrespective of the Wargaming game you're most into.

Thanks everyone – and congrats to cleverland and Ph3lan! :great:

Nobody else is bothered by the fact that they absolutely did nothing in actual WG teriitory for the Hungarian community? ( I mean they have 23 forum posts combined,  they are not in any clan etc )

We may not have 4000+ forum posts, but I guess having almost 800 youtube videos between the two of us, and commentating the Hungarian tournaments live and online might count for something. (not to mention the streams, facebook pages and in the case of cleverland the wothungary website etc.)

I fail to see how being in a clan has to do with this though...but of course you are entitled to your own opinion.

Well, commentating the tournaments part is just laughable...No offense

Also, quality over quantity. That's our lesson here.

The only lesson I've learned from all this is that you are an extremely negative and arrogant person. But hey, that's something right?

I do not understand kacsa1 problem.
Maybe these guys are not pros, but active, and there is so much tanks, maps, and details in the game, which is very
difficult to communicate to everyone.

And 95% of the players have a lot to learn from them.

GG guys!

Congrats to Cleverland and Ph3lan! I'm looking forward to seeing more WoT contributions from you! As for those negative undertones, understandable and a historical fact that Hungarians could never get on well with each-other. It does not mean dislike, just the way we Hungarians are. I'm glad to read and soak up every game tutorials, contributions and footage since I'm a newbie in this game. Best of all!

Sorry but I fail to see why this needs to be posted in the English section.... why not post it in the Hungarian section... and pinned? Why?

Maximum exposure basically. The original post contains information that's not just relevant to Hungarians, but to all our community as a whole, since we're looking for potential Contributors from all over Europe and especially from countries / languages that could do with a bit more support from us.

Surely not being in a clan is a positive though?

That way they can't be accused of bias or a conflict of interest.
