Greetings fellow tankers.

Since we all play this game to basically simultaneously dominate other people & appreciate(and hate) tank technology I thought it would be interesting to dig up some of the more obscure yet to come tanks on the revised tech trees.

Now, I'm a light tanker at heart(as painful as it can be in this game) and I had never even heard about the Pz.I Ausf. C until I spotted it in the German tech tree...
I'm guessing not many of you have either.

So here it is, in that familiar tank profile portrait(?) format.
Now from what I can gather this model of Pz. I had similar armor thickness of Pz. II (30 mm front, 20 mm sides, 20-10 mm back) and armament in the same vein, namely autocannons(can't say if Wargaming decides to put an option for a 37 mm cannon on there or not).

It also looks pretty nice, kind of like a squeezed down Pz. III Ausf. A.

The real interesting part of this mediocre tank is it's engine; 6 cylinder (liquid cooled) Maybach HL 45P (gasoline) producing 150(?) HP with 3800 turns. That my friends means a road speed of some 79 km/h.

As a Tier 3 tank it's going to see some real hell with some matches but with the speed it has(65-79) there's going to be some crazy races going on.

So, any comments, observations, ridicule?

Might be another keeper for me. I'm loving my pz2, and 1 C looks like it's just as fun as pz2.

it will turn out like the T2 light tank in teh US tree prolly, frigging fast, very fun to drive totally useless on dmg front though thanks to the poor weaponery once it gets above it's tier :D

Looks like a Luchs from that angle, guessing design elements were recycled into my favourite light tank. :) This little Panzer I could be a lot of fun by the looks of it.

Ooh, I hadn't noticed this on the new German tech tree before!

I love the chaos of low tier battles, should make a welcome addition to my garage :Smile_honoring:

Any word on when we can expect to see it in-game?
