I am looking to buya laptop to play Wot on as my current laptop is stuggling, I was hoping to buy a laptop with the specs stated in the title but I am not sure. The laptop that I am hoping to buy has ~~4 GB DDR3 (16 GB maximum installable RAM). Is that Ok to run wot with 25-40 FPS, please help.

Yes it can run WoT at those frame rates, but it depends on the resoltion you're going to play on. Also take into consideration, that you have to crank the gfx settings to the lowest possible in order to achieve these fps. A resolution of 1366x768 should be doable at 25-40fps.

The problem is not the processor itself, it's the integrated graphic chip you are most likely to be using. Unless you are using a decent dedicated graphics card you won't be able to turn the game details up.

Regards.

Get a desktop more power, reliability and longer working-life for your money.

From what I've read the 4th gen Intel integrated GPU is actually not half bad and easily compares with the mid-range Geforce or AMD GPUs. The specs you've laid out are a definite improvement over what I've got (i3 3217U 1.8GHz and no boost, Geforce GT635M GPU) and even my laptop can reach 40fps on a good day (and then drop to 10 on a bad one).
