Hello tankers!
I just took the time to make a short post - a post about wargaming staff.
So, as you all know, twitch.tv Wargaming livestream from Gamescom was on today, yesterday and on Wednesday.
I got the IS-6 from the Patrol Duty challenge, and decided to thank Wargaming, because I felt I needed to do something like that.
I was expecting, because of the whole 'wargaming staff is at gamescom, only few support staff will work', that they will find me and my 'thank you' note a bother.
That did not happen. I was pleasently surprised.
Just another reason why Wargaming is awesome.
Also, a huge thank you to Mike Chadwick, who took the time to type such a wonderfull and kind reply. Salute to you, sir!
Again, I did NOT expect that much kindness, and such a positive attitude towards me, because - let's face it - i made a support ticket, which you use to complain, not to say thank you, in such an inconvinient time.
A very, very pleasant surprise.
Go, Wargaming! :honoring:

I was fully expecting that title to be sarcastic, and am thoroughly confused at this point.

... and there was me thinking it was against WG rules to discuss tickets etc on the forum. Enjoy your warning point / ban.

Oh, the irony

Seriously though, well done on winning the IS6, and kudos to both you for praising WG staff and to them for taking the time to reply. There is so much negativity in this forum and it makes a pleasant change to hear some positives. :honoring:

Well, pleasant surprise that you guys replied.
TotallyNotVonnisYouGuise - Well, I thought that would occure, but you know.. Due to such negativity, as Kevbar stated, praises to the good guys from WG, they and the forum need a bit of positive praise!:blinky:
Although, if I get a ban, that would really be ironic lel:veryhappy:

1. You are NOT the only one.

2. I did not really understand what this have to do with support?

3. I guess the Tickets are "ok" to post and DON'T TELL me ..."Only if its on 'WG Favor", i got bored of double rules.
I also got a "nice" ticket to discuss.. and i guess it will be OUT SOON.

Finally!  One positive soul has visited our forum!  He even appreciated WG support!  May you find all the happiness friend.

There is so much crap thrown at WG, whether it is battle chat or here, I mean it is nice to see some good people here.

May your path be filled with silver luxuries, obtained by your new tank sire!

Dear Erissa, thanks, and I am very, very pleased with it!
I figured I needed to say thank you for the IS6, and I guess WG gets too much crap (I beg your pardon on my language, please) from many players, and I posted this just to show how nice Wargaming and the Support can be!
Also, thanks for passing the message to Mike, it does indeed mean alot!
