I would like to arrange a ceasefire for the sake of a better MM system.

Join me and we shall bring forth victory!!!

All that is necessary is to don't play the game within 24 hours on November the 5th.

Alone we are weak and without influence, but together our whispers become a shout! Our strength becomes limitless! And our influence could change the world!

Follow this thread, feel free to comment and be ready for the day already marked by some to be marked by more!

This is the B

Why 5 November?

Fine. I'm in. Just; why that date?

It could be also helpful to make a precise list of demands; so they can give you a precise answer. Meaning; are there technical possibilities for something or they just won't do it because someone at WG said "How terrible".

That's why the 5th, and quite frankly I've reached a point at which I don't care how they improve it but rather that they do improve it. Come of with all the decent ideas you have

OP probably has something dragging him away from WoT on that day.

The problem is; quite frankly, they don't care will you, as an individual player, play this game or not, unless you're their #1 customer, money spending wise.

Alright, here's one idea, you tell is it a good one; technical and other possibilities certainly already exist:

I'm tired of seeing mismatched platoons. Especially at lower tiers. Why don't they just filter this, like in other type of formations?

Simply put; when some dude wants to play with his buddy and tries to take tier II vehicle to tier VI game, one simple window pops up and says 'Chosen vehicle isn't of correct tier, please pick tier VI vehicle'.

Nice remark. He could log in and shoot stars and sky on that day. Not with gold ammo, though.

WG already said they are doing something about it.

I don't think it should be stopped outright though but some guidance as to what battle level each tank can get into should be in game.  As it stands it is hard enough for someone who knows the mm chart inside out to work out matching tanks for platoons at times.  If one tier 4 light can see tier 7 and another can see tier 4 max (premium Valentine) then the player should be able to see that before buying a tank and when selecting it for platoon.

So, demand 1 met, what's your next demand.

Vague promise isn't a solution. You and me shouldn't waste time by studying MM charts, that's why process should be automated. If a vehicle isn't suitable, perhaps suitable vehicle available in the garage should be highlighted?

Like... really? You seriously consider, studying the mechanics of a game, a game you personally have already devoted a large amount of time (21k+ battles ffs),  a waste of time?

I don't think that forum community is large enough to visibly affect ther online stats.

Indeed, OP is a typical case.

12k battles but only recently seems to have found the forum.

If every forumite stopped playing for a day then WG wouldn't even notice.

Yes... Really, playing any computer game is a waste of time if you think about it. MM I don't consider important part of the game mechanic that deserve 'studying'. I am well aware of the all limitations MM presents, like MM for light tanks, tier limits for certain premiums, different MM weight, etc, but I, personally, can't have any influence over it.

For example, I can angle my tank, or hide it's weakspots; while shooting at other guy tank's side, but I can't prevent some buddy platoon to bring their tier 1 tank into tier 10 game. Understand, MM isn't a thing that a player can have a direct influence over.

Our clan has it's own, private forum. Why post here when someone like you will write posts like this one, with underlying disrespectful assumptions, instead of having a friendly, open chat? That's off-topic anyway.

Yes it may seem as if I have only just found this forum, however on our own little forum (in which only about 100 people have been involved) I have more than 2000 posts regarding all kinds of stuff, why would I bother being on a forum where no matter what you say will be shut down trampled upon and offended by other users, when you can be on a smaller forum where everyone is actually acting like the adults they are?

Yes I know that this alone will not be enough to draw the required attention from WG, this is but a beginning, this can spread to the other servers, THIS can spread through the game itself.

If you or any others is unwilling to join this cause I strongly recommend that you leave this thread immediately, if you are with me, spread the word if you can be bothered even doing that minimal effort, if not don't do the effort of shooting down an idea, a concept, that only just started spreading.

@Desyatnik_Pansy

That was my inspirational source :blinky:

And to be honest I feel like WG is becoming more and more like the high chancellor from that movie, all they ask of us is our silent obedience and if any single person start speaking to loudly or too freely they have the power to do anything they want

Or what?

A few people stop playing the game for a day? Whoopdy do?

Hundreds of thousands of people stop playing when they go to work/holiday/family funeral... etc...etc...

But go ahead and build your soapbox. I'm sure it seemed like a great idea in your head.
