Is there 64 bit version of this game because I have 64 bit system and game is running very badly. May the problem be caused because i transfered 32 bit game directly from another pc without installation ?

There is no 64bit version, actually programs written for 64bit systems aren't in most cases significantly faster that 32bit versions.

The performance depends on your computer. Try to defragment your hard drive.

Your PC may be 64 bit but this has little affect on the game performance.
To get the game to run better you will need a better CPU and GPU. The hardware is the only factor that (largely) matters here.

WoT is also poorly optimized, might have something to do with it.

Wot is by far worst optimized game in 2010+. I have bad CPU but decent GPU and enough RAM, and i can play new games on high settings with normal FPS without drops. But WoT, its same on minimum settings, same on medium, same on high. DROPS, DROPS, DROPS.
