32sec clip reload. Large profile. Well, that's about it... The ammo rack problem can be solved with Safe Stowage and avoiding large hits from the front...

Fire 20%+

Weak Ammo Rack (front of tank) Yeeks!

Profile (large for light)

Accuracy ~ 0.4

No gun rammer

I'm not saying its weak or anything, it just is not GOD like......

Large profile? i admit it is taller than most LTs but its not big enough to be problematic. Camo is great and you can hide it in a bush without a problem.

I dont use autoloader gun since it has terrible soft stats. Its just worse than a regular gun, so long clip reload con is invalid. Ammorack is indeed weak but its something you can always deal with by using safe storage and playing the tank well and not getting shot at :P It fires APCR so its easy to lead shots. So ill give you maybe half a cookie for good effort :P

It's great, and it's a lot of fun, but is it overpowered? No. If it had the matchmaking of a tier 7 medium, then yes, it would be overpowered, but it usually goes up against tier 9 and tier 10 tanks. It has a high skill ceiling, but I would never consider it overpowered.

Overall I find high tier lights somewhat underpowered in random games. They are not favored by map selection and usually you would be better off with a medium tank - which can do most of what a light tank can do, and more.

I just got a shiny new one, it's completely stock.

But even as a stock tank, it's fun to drive. The stock gun is usable in most situations, the topspeed and acceleration is quite good, the turret traverse, both hull and durret is downright amazing. I feel like it's easier to spot than the Chaffee for example, and the stock turret's 380 m viewrange feels a bit lacking.

However, this thing is fragile as hell. It's HP pool would allow to absorb a few unavoidable shots - but 90% of the time, a hit will take out either a crew member or a module. I played like 10 games so far, and I already got set on fire twice.

The Bulldog is a great machine, but it has a few shortcomings, as it should. The armour protection is so laughable, it can't even stop HE shells regularly. In the hands of a capable player, it can be very dangerous, but then again, competent opposition can nail it easily if the driver makes just one mistake.

The ammo rack of this tank is the worst one I have ever seen. It's like a fast moving car filled with TNT.

After buying the elite turret I have played less than 10 games and got ammo racked by one shot 3 times.

IS8 on another day and T34 and Tiger2 today in consecutive games. Total BS.

Both tier 6 and 7 that I ve tried are pure stat padding machines. 2,5k DPM from a tier 7 light tank and I am not even running it in DPM mode

lol I thought I give a try to the clip gun. Game starts spot T30 in the open, one clipped back to garage (he caught fire twice I think). Quick relocate and 30 sec reload spotted a T34 960 dmg on him, after 2 minutes in game, 2.5 k dmg or something. In another game I spotted a tiger 1 in city with noob gun on it, another tier 8 one clipped..

The tank has 960 HP but it can burst 1500 HP. Find a bush, lame from it with ok camo values and lame with it from 200-250. If WT E100 is considered lame and "Op" by many this thing must be the king of lameness.

I will have fun with it while it lasts

I don't have one yet, but from what I've seen of them in game, it's going to get beaten about the face with the nerf bat.

Soft stats first for sure, auto-loader reduction or battle tier changes.

While it's a good tank in itself, and a real upgrade in almost every way, it's worse than the T37 thanks to the MM it gets. The T37 is much better at carrying games because in t7-8 matches, which he sees like 70% of the time, not everyone has the same or more view range like in t9-10 which the Bulldog sees at least 70% of the time. Which is why it's much easier for the T37 to get damage in without getting spotted.

Corridor maps are especially brutal for the Bulldog since 175 pen are not enough to pen most t9-10 tanks frontally and the premium ammo is completely useless. The 199 pen APCR premium ammo the T37 has is infact better than anything the Bulldog has available.

Whenever it shows up in a game, it perfoms exceptional.

The gun is far too good for the motorpower this tank has - its like a Hellcat (old version) on speed. This needs a serious nerf asap.

Bought / played it last night after a few beers. 2nd game, got on the hill in mines, and didn't stop shooting, 5 kills nearly 4k damage, 1.5k spotting. 18k WN8. 1550ish Base Xp. Only a first class! People must be playing this tank very well.

But yeah it's great.

Tank is really enjoyable to play, but does it need a nerf?

Hell no,its silly some of you guys want light tanks to go back to the days of being ussless, they

should be as capable as any class in the game.

Beeing capable is different than being able to rape (in many cases) tier 7-8 tanks or ruin the day of many tier 10s. It has the speed, camo values and firepower to do it. Today I had a game where I went in against a t34 and a t30. I took one from the t34 and clipped back to garage the almost full health T30. Then went back to cover, reloaded, took another one from the t34 and won the game.

1 tier 7 vs 1 tier 8 and a tier 9 TD in close space. And I am not even good, it is just broken.

And I as I said, if people complain about WTE100 doing 120% of its health,i don't know what they are supposed to do with a high mobile tank that clips 180% of its health. Surelly it doesn't have the alpha of a WT but the speed and camo values certainly make up for it.

Oh and another thing, You spot 2-3 tanks in beginning of game, half clip some poor guy and it hits 2,5k-3k WN8 in the first 1-2 minutes of game. Talking about a stat padding tank...

It takes 18 seconds to unload that clip. A T30 could shoot you twice in that time, a T34 could shoot you twice as well.

You can rape baddies like that in any tank I'm sure.

There is a difference between an autoloader that makes a 128mm gun reload in 2 seconds and one that makes a 76mm gun reload in 2 seconds...

I don't think I see it outperforming tier 8 meds though and that's what it should be measured against.

Because it has T8 MM, which means it competes with T8 tanks, not T7.

When I look on the profile of some uber players that have 1.8k average damage in the Bulldog, I still notice that they have 2k average damage in tier 8 mediums.

Like Niemand said it get's the battle tiers of a tier 8 and recieves 20% more weight when compared to a tier 7 medium (i.e. the same weight as a tier 7 heavy). And I've noted above it's not actually doing better than tier 8 mediums, but is performing somewhere between tier 7 and 8 mediums (imo).

If it is overpowered then I don't think it's because of the autoloader at least.
