Its that time again where I need to upgrade my sluggish PC. I am hoping to start streaming on Twitch.TV with the new PC i desire. However, I am not fully sure what is the best setup for:

Running WOT at Medium-High Graphics

Streaming Twitch at 720p

40-50 FPS

My price range is slightly low at £400-500. I hope someone can help me :-)

your price range if you went abit higher you could get this you will need a OS as it does not come with one.

That system will allow you to stream at 1080p as long as you have the internet connection. also will run most or all games at high and some at max.

Or if you want to build one your self you could get a better deal for the parts but at the cost of the trouble at building it

Also to tell you the truth running this game at high is not fun i am running a

and i get very unstable FPS on max and high not much improvement so i now play min and turn V sync on to get a constant 60FPS this game is just not optimized for any systems

Quite a lot of the pc component sellers do bundles that you can self build, for example here is one from scan.co.uk

Deals so incredibly cheap you've got to be crazy not to buy one!

Intel Core i5 4690K Combo

Please Note: this combo is not supplied pre-assembled, but as individual components.
For pre-built bundles and systems, see here.

If you already have an OS then you can just buy a GPU, an Nvidia 750 is around 80 quid (mine still ran well on a 580gtx until I upgraded it to a 980GTX), but that would cost you around £500 quid for a decent system (the above is £425.99 inc vat)
