Is the T-44 30% discount and this missions 15% cumulative(45%) or is it only going to apply the 30% one?

Nice special, however it just all seems odd to me.

In the UK, Remembrance day is very sobering and mournful, in order to remember those who have given their lives in protecting the lives of others.
.. So lets celebrate that with missions where you need to "destroy" each other to win!

I do love this game, but I feel that the link with Remembrance day here is... odd?... disrespectful?

I don't know, maybe I'm just being overly emotional.

Well done WG.

We owe so much to these men and women on both sides who went through unimaginable pain and hardship for us, its a pity we are still ruining the planet and still have so much hatred in the world though.

Wargaming...in the past you've always struggled with the special for this event.  But this year I think you've managed to get the wording pretty much spot on (though I am sure we'll still get some trolls & haters having a go).  Well done to whoever wrote this one up - you got my +1 for that.

And the special is excellent so you have my thanks for this too.

Edit - P.S. Hello to iScending!

It's not Remembrance day in lots of other countries though. Like in football when England played, was it Spain, on this anniversary and there was all that trouble over EUFA not allowing England to wear shirts with poppy's on. It means so much in Britain cuz our losses, in comparison to our then small population, were staggeringly huge. As Fabian Ware pointed out, if all the British and Empire dead from WW1 walked four abreast past the Cenotaph, it would take three & a half days for them all to pass. And that's not counting other 'associated' deaths, those that died in the 1920's from prolonged war wounds or effects of gas, or all those wife's & mothers who died from consequential poverty & broken hearts - more of those died in Britain in 1917 than soldiers on the front.

I think the fact WG are acknowledging it at all, showing respect, is enough. Getting a special too is just by the by and perhaps more in the right mood for other countries. If anyone's that bothered, they can always abstain from playing WOT's during this period and go donate their time instead to helping out in an old peoples home to pay the WW2 generation some respect :-)

edit - nice special WG, ty :-)

Well being an dane, the end of the Great War (ww1) this gave the lost Southern part of Jutland back to Denmark. You can say the onslaugt of trench warfare in Europe started in 1864 by the Major defeat of the Danish army, and ended the 11/11-1918. Sry just a brain spin from my side.. :) Thx WG good special!
