Premium Tanks are cheaper when it comes to repaircosts so they are in general better for making money. if you want to invest some real money, you could buy a löwe or a kv-5.

The absolute best for credits are premium tanks. You pay very little for repairs and tier 8 gives very high rewards.
Free tanks that are good for money are pretty much any tank you like from tier 5-6. The KV makes good money if you like heavies. The Hummel makes good money if you like SPG. The T-34 makes good money if you like medium tanks. The Hetzer is a murderer from what I've seen in low tiers.

Nothing earns credits like Löwe.
Either that, or T34/SU-85 combo - if you have both of them you can make 2 millions a day.

Good T5/T6 tanks makes the most from what I've learned. T4 doesn't make a great amount of cash even if you do well. T7+ doesn't either and repair+ammo costs starts going trhough the roof at higher tiers. T5/T6 hits the sweetspot between making cash and ammo/repair.

For premium I would buy a Löwe, it seems to do very well in the cash department.

Well i dont mind getting a premium but not a Lowe or Kv5 because they cost too much for a tank that im willing to pay.
Im using my Easy8 for cash now (i have premium).

Best is Lowe if you have the money.I personally use the Stug whick just prints money and ammo cost is really low.Pz IV is also good but the grind from stock is painfull.KV also gets a lot of credits but highter ammo cost reduces profit. When you are in highter tier match you can use your guns for full effect, but on lower tier tanks they are a little bit of overkill.

I use M41 with stock gun. For premium tanks Lowe by far. On really good games you can win even 140-150k credits. It has the best gun for a premium tank (for a tier 8 heavy in fact) and this is why the credit income is so high.

I agree that Easy 8 is probably the best non-premium money maker. It definitely is for me.

I'd have to disagree, it's too hard to damage opponents when thrown into high-tier battles, as happens often for tier 7 tanks. The M4 Sherman with the 105mm can reliably damage tier 8 tanks, making it a neat moneymaker.

For thosebnot willing to get a premium tank there are many choices.. best choice i think is su85-107  it can damage anything in the game and 1 shot anything t4 and below, hides well is fast and has the best imo gun in the game

But the ammo is practically for free. Feel free to keep shooting on the run. HE ammo spam can do some nice damage too (for example shooting the VK4502 Ausf. B guns mantlet from the front with HE can do up to 5 % damage, but sure - you don't place all your shots precisely even if the gun itself is very precise and the shells travel fast). Hide in a bush and ambush. Flank your enemies. Do some spotting. Hell even a suicide run on Malinovka at game start when you get destroyed practically instantly brings about 15000 profit without premium!
Btw. E8 is T6, not T7. Fully upgraded T20 (which is T7) definitely makes much lower profits.

I don't agree with that. T20 is exceptional moneymaker because it can deal massive amount of damage in one match due to it's mobility and very effective firepower (90mm combined with -10 degrees gun depression). It gun allows to fight ANY tank. OK, it's hard to drive but used properly it earns significantly more than Easy8.

I also don't agree with this. Easy8 can take out easily tier8 tanks with AP. Sides of any one of them are enough to damage. Sherman 105mm is nice, but has too low damage output vs higher tiers.

Do you have premium account? I don't know if I remember correctly, but the repair costs on T20 are twice as high as for E8 plus the ammo costs more. My best were about 30000 profit for E8 and only about 25000 for T20, but the E8 achieves generally much higher average profits. It may be just me - I usually die because I rather sacrifice myself for the team than play ten more minutes of a campy game, so I usually pay full repair costs.

Yes and on premium I use to ignore costs. But there is another thing - T20 often gets over 50k (that would be ~33k on nonpremium) and sometimes over 70k (~46k non premium). Such income is rather unachievable for E8, maybe as exception.

BTW - similar playstyle on E8;). More 'supportive' on T20.

what about arty as money maker.

most likely T5 (Hummel?) or T6 (S-51?) arty. i only play low tier arty right now but think arty could be pretty good in the money making department as well.

My best moneymakes have been Object 212, Pz V-IV (premium) and SU-14. In that order. Presumably Löwe & KV-5 are quite good but I haven't tried them.

Costs are rather decisive here. Certainly T20 brings more money, but ammo and repair also costs more. Although in beta my T20 had almost as high (95%) average income as E8, so it probably depends mostly on playstyle which is better.

I have an Easy 8 myself, and, as I think T6 is the most fun tier, I'll be using it to grind credids for the Panther I'm getting B) . One question tho, after panther moves to T7, will it be self-sustainable?
