Hi from Spain. First of all, I apologize for my poor almost forgotten english.

I am trying to make a post in my own community about all crew voices at different languages in the game. More or less, using different posts and my ears, I have written all commander's phrases but I've missed one. At the beginning of a game, using UK crew, the commander says: "let's get the show on the road" (I don't know how translate this but that's other problem) or the phrase that I don't understand and is the point of this post. I listen this:"up and out of lands". For sure, commander doesn't say this but it's the only thing  I  understand. What is commander saying? What does the commander say at the beggining of a game? Can anybody tell me?

Thank you all an Marry Christmas.

He says "Up and at 'em lads!". At least as far as I can tell.

Up and at 'em lads :: lets go and get/defeat them.

Maybe my interpretation might be more easy to translate in different language.
