I have my t14 with second skill on crew(90%) I'm going to got chaffee few minutes ago and I'm wondered. if I put my crew from t14(it has same crew, commander, gunner, driver etc.) and if I retrain crew for chaffe for 75% will I lose all my skills on crew?

You won't lose any skills, but your crew will no longer be compatible with T14.
