I became a computer specialist in the last couple of weeks :P and you should be able to get good FPS at a medium/high graphics, i think

Wot is really badly optimized but i5 should be able to handle it fine and the gtx730 is ok, personally i would go with at least gtx760 though. I would say that is an solid basic computer for gaming. And when i say wot is badly optimized i really mean it. I have an i7 and gtx 760 and i get around 25fps on high and my laptop with an i5 and some amd gfx card(can't remember) gets the same. Meanwhile WT runs at around 120-150fps. Just ask if you want any more specific help :)

Yes, if I am correct you can use that with that setup, also depends on what motherboard you use and I don't know much about those unfortunately

Depending on the motherboard? How so? Anyway, 750ti is a great card and should not pose a problem unless the space requirements are really weird. 730 will probably work fine, too. Just don't expect it to look pretty.

You can use the gtx 750Ti with that setup. All consumer cards these days are pci-e so as long as the mobo has a pci-e slot, then you can use an pci-e card. If you meant that can you use bot 730 and 750Ti (if the setup is premade and you want another gfx card) then the answer is a bit longer. Yes the computer should should start but i would expect all sorts of weird things to happen when you get to windows. But just running the 750Ti, no problem.

As others have said, the processor is good and that's not a problem. Geforce GT730 on the other hand is not a good graphics card, but if you buy a GTX750 Ti and swap that one in you've got yourself a pretty good budget gaming computer that should handle any game on the market on decent settings even with a single 1080p monitor. Also the best thing about the Geforce GTX 750 Ti is that it's probably one of the most powerful graphics cards that doesn't require a separate power cable. Some models do, but at least MSI and EVGA SC versions don't (there's another EVGA version, the FTW that again DOES require a 6-pin power connector, so if you don't have any spare power connectors in the case make sure you get the right one). Here's a video about it that I incidentally found and watched just two days ago:

what I mean is that (i think) not every graphics card fits every motherboard

Graphics cards go into a pci-e slot of the motherboard and pretty much every normal mobo has at least one. The processors need a specific slot and a specific motherboard depending on brand and model.

Dont forget the PSU . Not every graphic card fits the power supply unit.  :D

He need to write here what PSU has that PC.

Because GTX 750 Ti / 760   requires a PSU with more 12V amps  than a GT 730

Actually I googled it, and the 750 ti power requirements are quite similar to the gt 730 (~20 amps @ +12V). 760 is a completely different case, though.
