Hi, recently i have sold an item worth 66€ to someone but i scammed him... I know this is illegal but i am only 12 years old and i cant refund him because i already used the money, and they said that they will inform this to some legal forces, they live in another country but still... what should i do?

Well you can always beg not to get beat up by your parents for shaming them when the police knocks on your door

So you first scam someone and then you get in trouble and the police is about to get involved. they are going to find out anyways, you would be better off telling them, they will probably repay the guy you scammed and give you some punishment. but it is way better than having the police involved.

Honestly if this buyer seemed serious about involving the police then this ^ is the only way to do it. Just get your parents to pay back and then take the punishment for it, i know it sucks but to have the police come to your door telling your parents instead. I bet that would suck even harder

Stop being a mewling little child and own up to what you did.  You broke the law and you deserve whatever punishment you receive.  Tell your parents what you did and have them pay the person back who's money you stole.

You will get into trouble - it's part of being an adult.

Take it as a learning experience. You did something wrong, you face the consequences. With luck the consequences will serve as a reminder of why you shouldn't do it again in future.

Yes, you will get into trouble but you deserve that. With luck your parents will also be proud of the fact that you owned up.

At first I thought, CON! but if this is kosher - own up, take the punishment and most important of all - LEARN!

As a dad of a 12 year old one, I can only advise you, to tell your parents (We all were young and did our "stupid" things)

If my son pulled a stunt like that, I would appreciate it, if he would tell me instead of hearing from the police.

youre lucky...... as a 12 year old they cannot charge you with crime...... probably just your parents will be in trouble...... so you will be able to play outside when they take away your computer, so thats a plus
