It's only the 2nd model kit so far, I hope you will like it. I still have to practice more !

You need to purchase special paint made for plastic models, you can either paint with brushes or spray paint if you have a certain tool to do so. Usually you can find model paint at hobbystores or maybe even at toy stores. Paint is not expensive. ~2Eur.

Yeah, you can buy special WOT model colours. But what i am asking is how to "make pattern" or just paint it one colour. But thanks anyway

I paint difficult parts before assembling the kit. It's easier that way. You can use simple brush to paint models, it turns out quite well. There is one example (painted myself)
I used 2 paints in total, it was desert yellow and black. Nothing else.
