So good news from Nicolas Siver.
Basically, what he writes is:
First, he will continue the work for the OvertargetMarkers Mod! He was bored and he wanted to do something useful.
He is also with the developers of WG in contact but at this time they are very busy because of the patch 0.7. For more information follow his website.
Thanks a lot to Nicolas Siver for the great mod!

Looks interesting, especially that you see the dmg done.
Will this only show up with ALT pressed or are those always on (also the HP bar)?

This is ***king awesome...
Was very funny to view the damage dealt by my team, far away.
I am a perma ALT hitter, with this its obsolete and the damage meter stuff is very cool, indeed
Looking forward to future updates, please keep us informed.

A colorblind-friendly version (with light purple on the enemy marker instead of red) would be nice. Well, It looks like version 2 could have a setting for that.

I have a variation of this mod already, but this looks much cleaner. Cannot recommend it enough. THE most beneficial mod for WoT so far.

You have to update the editor(v.0.9.1) to be able to enter a minus sign.
