Hi ! :)

I have been Informed by Italeri of this issue, since I am in contact with them.

I have been told this is a temporary problem caused by an overload on the servers (Too many people trying to get access to the online-shop)

If you have this sort of issue, try refreshing the page in a few hours.

The offers will last one week, so don't worry ! You will certainly get a chance to get your discounted model kits.

I hope you understand the problem.

Best regards,

GetFoched.

Ill stick to my Airfix and previously bought BT-SV cheers WG :)

:great:

Can never go wrong with a good old fashioned Airfix :) Still, there's nothing wrong with Italeri its all just personal preference!

And for all those new modelers out there good luck! First is always the hardest but the most rewarding!

Back when WOT was preparing this model co-operation thingy, there was a poll on the WOT front page on what kind of models people would like to see. One of the options was diecast models. Plastic models of course won since kids did not understand much about the other options, just like world of aeroplanes option won over world of warships - kids think of fighter aircraft and warships and think that aircraft will go faster and make more noise. As it turned out, aeroplanes did not turn out to be a very popular game, even the kids did not like it, while warships might become a really good one.

I guess the diecast models will not happen ever, which is a shame since I personally do not have time for building and painting plastic models, while buying a ready-made diecast model with nice details would easily make me use the ol' Visa :D

Plastic models are DEFINATELY time consuming, my own experience can guarantee you that! Some diecast models are definitely  a good idea but the old card balance will soon go down!!!

There are plenty of diecast tanks out there (although not as many as plastic kits). If you have access to the "internet" and a "computer" you can do a search!

Thank you for letting the players aware of this temporary issue. I hope everyone got their hands on tank models they wanted :)

And I can buy Italeri plastic models from a shop in my hometown, but maybe you also understand that was not the issue...
